Babyartikel.de delivers orders quick and at a very modest shipping rate to your home. Most of our articles will be handeled within 24 hours and will be delivered free of charge at a order value above 40 Euro. Please find more details below.

Shipping cost Germany + Austria

Your order will be delivered free of charge if your order value exceeds 40 Euro. Orders lower in value will be charged with the most modest shipping rate of 3,45 Euro (Germany) respectively 4,95 Euro (Austria) to cover shipping and packing cost to some extend.

We deliver with DHL (Deutsche Post)

In Germany DHL is delivering parcels from Monday to Saturday and allows a pick up at the local post office in case they don't meet you home. Furthermore you can arrange for a second delivery or arrange for shipment to a Packstation. So all shipments find their best way to your home address.

In Austria your order will be delivered by Österreichische Post AG or DHL Express Österreich. If you are not at home, you can pick up your packet at the local post office.

Delivery time

Your order will be handed over to DHL (Deutsche Post) within 24 hours - assumed that all articles are available from stock. Delivery time / Avalability of articles is indicated with each and every article on our website (green mark "Sofort lieferbar" - article is available from stock). Approximate delivery time of a regular parcel is 1 to 2 days within Germany and 2 days to Austria.

Prolonged delivery time of bulk articles

Some articles will be send via the stock of manufacturer directly or will be delivered by a forwarding agent. You will find this delivery time with the article on our website. The forwarding agent will call and arrange delivery date with you directly.

Shipment Tracking (Track & Trace)

As soon as we have handed over your order to DHL you will receive Tracking ID with your delivery note by mail. You can easily follow up your parcel at www.dhl.de and see shipping progress.

Delivery to a DHL Packstation (parcel depot)

Your order can be delivered to one of more than 2.500 available german DHL Packstation (parcel depots). This is a very convenient way to receive parcels any time 24 hours. Please just register under www.packstation.de and indicate the number of your Packstation when placing your order in fields for delivery address.

Shipping terms (EU)

Most of our articles can be shipped to European countries as well (only furniture is excluded). There might be higher freight cost and delivery times.

Shipping cost foreign countries (EU)

We will ship your order according the following conditions:

¹ delivery times are standards delivery times not including clearing the goods for import. Longer delivery time is possible in remote areas (islands etc.).

Furniture and bulk articles to foreign countries

Most articles can be delivered to foreign countries without any problems. Only furniture and some bulk articles are an exception. If we are not able to ship your order we will inform you with separate mail.

Taxes and Customs Duty

All prices show in shop are valid for orders to foreign countries also, including VAT. A refund of VAT is not possible. There are no Customs Duty within European Union.
