The ergonomically designed Baby Sling One Air Mesh Ergonomic Edition in the colour Anthracite from BabyBjörn's Spring Collection 2017 offers you four different carrying options for belly and back. You can carry your newborn in a raised position on the chest and facing you. From about four months, a lower position of the stretcher can be adjusted. Once your child is older, you can carry it on your back or on your belly in the direction of your gaze. The stretcher is particularly easy to put on and take off and can be adjusted without outside help from the belly to the back. Thanks to additional padded shoulder straps and a particularly sturdy waist belt, it offers you plenty of comfort so that you can wear it for a long time. Mesh is a lightweight, air-permeable mesh fabric that dries particularly quickly.

Comfort for your child

In the growing stretcher your child takes a comfortable position and is particularly close to you. It can move its legs and arms freely while neck and head are well supported . The 32 cm wide seat ensures an ergonomic and hip-friendly posture. Thanks to the practical zipper system, you can adjust the bridge width optimally to your child.

For the little ones, the high belly carry, heart to heart with you, is ideal. In the Baby Carrier One, you don't need an additional infant carrier as the baby carrier with its clever zipper system can be adapted to the size and needs of your child. You simply adjust the seat height and web width and adapt your stretcher individually to your baby. For newborns weighing between 3.5 and 4.5 kg, the integrated leg loops are used to reduce the size of the leg section.

From an age of about five months you can also carry your child in the front direction. The way of carrying in the direction of the gaze is suitable if your offspring would like to discover the environment with you for a short moment. For this purpose the headrest is folded down and your child has a clear view. When you are about one year old, you can also carry your child comfortably on your back. With BabyBjörn One, you can switch from the belly to the back without any outside help and without having to lay down your child. During this rotation your child sits securely in the baby sling.

Comfort for parents

The extra soft padded shoulder straps and the comfortable bellybelt , which offers additional stability and relief, ensure high wearing comfort. Another plus is the easy handling of the stretcher. If your baby falls asleep in front of your stomach, you can easily and quickly open the front part on both sides and put your sleeping baby in his cot without waking him.

The baby sling One was tested by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute (IHDI) and approved as a hip-friendly baby sling. The hip of a newborn is correctly supported in the stretcher and is in a healthy posture. However, the manufacturer does not explicitly support the squat spread position.

The lightweight and air-permeable mesh fabric dissipates heat and moisture. These properties provide a cooling effect when worn. Nevertheless, the material is robust and stable. Note

The front carry in the viewing direction is only suitable for short moments when your child wants to discover his environment together with you. However, for longer wearing it is recommended to wear the belly stretcher facing you. In this position the spine and hips of your child are better relieved. This is not only more comfortable for your child, but also important for a healthy physical development.
