The Baby Stretcher One Cotton Mix Ergonomic in Jeans Midnight Blue from BabyBjörn's Spring Collection 2017 offers you a total of four different carrying options for belly and back. You can carry your baby in a raised position on the chest and facing you. From about five months, a lower position of the stretcher can be adjusted. Once your child is older, you can carry it on your back or on your belly in the direction of your gaze. The stretcher is dressed super light. In addition, you can adjust it without outside help from the belly to the back. Thanks to additional padded shoulder straps and a particularly sturdy waist belt, it offers you a lot of comfort so that you can wear it for a long time. Comfort for your child

In the growing stretcher your child takes a comfortable position and is particularly close to you. It can move legs and arms freely, while neck and head are well supported. The 32 cm wide seat ensures an ergonomic and hip-friendly posture. Thanks to the practical zipper system, you can adjust the bridge width optimally to your child.

The Carrier One does not require the use of a newborn, as the baby sling with its clever zipper system adapts to the size and needs of your child. You simply adjust the seat height and web width and adapt the stretcher individually to your baby. For newborns weighing between 3.5 and 4.5 kg, the integrated leg loops are used to reduce the size of the leg section.

From an age of about five months you can also carry your child in the front direction. The way of carrying in the direction of the gaze is suitable if your offspring would like to discover the environment with you for a short moment. For this purpose the headrest is folded down and your child has a clear view. When you are about one year old you can carry your baby comfortably on your back. With BabyBjörn One, you can switch from the belly to the back without any outside help and without having to lay down your child. During this rotation, it continues to sit well secured in the baby carrier.

Comfort for you

The extra soft padded shoulder straps and the comfortable waist belt provide additional stability and relief. Another plus is the easy handling of the stretcher. If your little one falls asleep in front of your stomach, you open the front quickly and easily and put the little sleeping cap in his bed.

The baby sling One was tested by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute (IHDI) and approved as a hip-friendly baby sling. The hip of a newborn is correctly supported in the stretcher and is in a healthy posture. However, the manufacturer does not explicitly support the squat spread position.

Note

The front carry in the direction of view is only suitable for short moments in which your child wants to discover its environment together with you. However, for longer wearing it is recommended to wear the belly stretcher facing you. In this position the spine and hips of your child are better relieved. This is not only more comfortable, but also important for healthy physical development.
