With the Cybex Pallas-fix you get 2 seats in one, which accompanies your child from about 9 months to 12 years (Gr. I-III)! The Pallas-fix (Gr. I) offers optimal protection for your toddler thanks to a safety cushion and a seat insert.Stiftung Warentest (test magazine - issue 11/2011) and ADAC (ADAC Motorwelt magazine - issue 11/2011) have confirmed this assessment. The Pallas-Fix was awarded theoverall rating ofGOOD (2.1) by Stiftung War entest. The ADAC judged with the result "Good".
As soon as your offspring is big enough (from about 3 years / 15 kg) , you simply remove the safety cushion and base and thus get the multiple award-winning Solution X-fix of group II/III (usable up to about 12 years / 36 kg).
In the event of a frontal impact, the safety cush ion distributes the energy over a large area and dissipates it. As with an airbag, this significantly reduces the impact of an accident compared to conventional seat belt systems. The depth of the safety cushion can be adjusted. This means that your treasure is not constricted, which guarantees sufficient freedom of movement and seating comfort.
To ensure that your treasure always reaches its destination rested, the Cybex Pallas-fix can be adjusted in inclination with a flick of the wrist. In addition, the seat is height-adjustable; which gives even small children a good view of the outside.
Of course, after conversion to the Solution X-fix group II/III, the seat offers numerous safety and comfort features: 2 Isofix locking arms, a tilt- and height-adjustable headrest, and large side protectors for the head and shoulder area.
TIP: Isofix installation aids are available as accessories to protect the seat covers in the second car and to make installation easier (a pair is already included with the seat for the first car).
