With the pelvic floor training aid Phase I active you can consciously perceive your pelvic floor, whose weakened muscles strengthen and bladder weakness prevent.
The set consists of four tamponfus, differently heavy cones, which are inserted vaginally and a exercise book. Due to its special shape and its own weight, the inserted cone slides downwards. By tensing the muscle, the pelvic muscles try to prevent it from slipping out. This process trains and strengthens the muscles. In the attached booklet different üv;s are listed in addition.

WARNING & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean your ELANEE pelvic floor training aids Phase I actively before first use and thoroughly after each
use and ensure clean conditions (e.g. wash hands). - Please check your training aids before each use. Only use flawless cones. A training aid with scratched or damaged surface can cause injuries.
- In case of vaginal infections, inflammations, injuries or painful complaints in the intimate area, as well as during menstruation and in the case of a problematic pregnancy, the use of the pelvic floor training aids should be avoided.
- In case of other complaints (e.g. pelvic organ prolapse), you should have another cause than pelvic floor weakness excluded by a doctor before starting training.
- In case of known hypersensitivity and allergies to any of the listed ingredients, use should be avoided or only carried out in consultation with a doctor.
- If virginity exists, the use of the pelvic floor training aids should be avoided.
- Wearing cervical caps, contraceptive ring, diaphragm or intrauterine device during training is possible.
However, correct positioning must be checked before and after each training (if in doubt, only in consultation with a doctor). - The cones must not be worn during X-rays, computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
- Please consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.
- All serious incidents related to the product must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the country in which the user is established.
- Cleaning by steam, dry sterilisation or boiling is not suitable, as it may cause deformation
of the material.
