Tested safety: Stiftung Warentest (online 25.05.2020) rated the i-Snug baby car seat in combination with the Isofix base Advance as Good (1.7). Despite its light weight of only 3.25 kg, the Joie i-Snug i-Size convinces with safety. It can be used with the separately available Joie base station i-Base Advance and meets the new i-Size standard (ECE R129).

The headrest with unique Tri-Protect 3-layer safety concept, including energy-absorbing Intelli-Fit memory foam, offers especially high protection for your baby's sensitive head area. A soft newborn cushion keeps little ones safe and protected in the seat. The 3-point harness system has SoftTouch padding and can be tightened in one easy step.

The removable canopy with UV protection 50+ is water-repellent. To ensure comfort for parents, the carry handle is ergonomically shaped and adjustable. The seat cover can be removed and machine washed.

Attachment in the car

The Joie i-Snug i-Size baby car seat can be attached using the vehicle's own 3-point harness. To do this, simply position it on the car seat against the direction of travel. For more safety, you can also use the i-Snug with the i-Base and i-Base LX base stations.

Store'n Drive system

The Joie i-Snug i-Size can also be used as part of the practical Shop'n-Drive system. On the Joie buggies Mirus, Brisk LX and Evalite Duo, the attachment is made via the protective bar. With the Litetrax 4 and Litetrax 4 Air models, you have the choice and can attach the shell either with the protective bar or using separately available adapters.

If you want to use the infant carrier in combination with your Mytrax or Litetrax 4 E stroller, you will also need the separately available adapter. With the Joie Chrome DLX stroller, the adapters are already included with the stroller.
