The baby car seat i-Snug i-Size - Coal by Joie is one of the lightest i-Size baby car seats with only 3.25 kg. Despite its light weight, it convinces with safety. The i-Snug infant carrier can be used with the i-Base Advance 201600003636 base station. The infant carrier complies with the new i-Size standard (ECE R129).

Tested safety: Stiftung Warentest (online 25/05/2020) rated the i-Snug baby car seat in combination with the Isofix base Advance as Good (1.7).

The headrest with unique Tri-Protect 3-layer safety concept, including energy-absorbing Intelli-Fit memory foam, offers particularly high protection for your baby's sensitive head area. A soft newborn cushion keeps little ones safe and protected in the seat. The 3-point harness system has SoftTouch padding and can be tightened in one easy step. The removable canopy with UV protection 50+ is water-repellent and protects your baby in any weather. And so that the comfort for the parents does not come too short, the carrying handle is ergonomically shaped and adjustable. The seat cover can be removed and washed in the machine.

The i-Snug i-Size infant carrier is part of the Joie i-Venture System: the i-Size Safe System consisting of the i-Snug trio, i-Venture and the i-Base Advance base station. This 3-piece set accompanies small passengers from day one until preschool age (about 4 years, height up to 105 cm). The i-Snug is also compatible with the i-Base and i-Base LX base stations.

You can also use the i-Snug i-Size infant carrier as a convenient Shop'n Drive system. On the Joie buggies Mirus, Brisk LX and Evalite Duo, the attachment is made via the protective bar. On the Litetrax 4 and Litetrax 4 Air models, you have a choice and can attach the shell either with the protective bar or using separately available adapters. If you want to use i-Snug i-Size in combination with your Mytrax or Litetrax 4 E strollers, you will also need the separately available adapter. For the Joie Chrome DLX stroller, the adapters are included with the stroller.

With the i-Base Advance Isofix base from Joie, you can attach your i-Snug infant carrier in the car. The i-Base is equipped with 10-way adjustable Isofix connectors, so you can position your seat perfectly. Color indicators ensure correct installation. The removal of the seat unit is very easy thanks to QuickRelease. At the touch of a button, the shell or seat can be released with just one hand. You also only need one arm to adjust the seat or rest position (7-way). Additional safety is provided by the support foot and the removable rebound bar, which weaken the impact of force in the event of an accident.

The protective pad with storage pockets for car seats from Diago combines two practical advantages: On the one hand, the soft fleece pad protects your car seat from wear and dirt from a child's seat, and on the other hand, the three front pockets offer space for drinking bottles, toys and much more. So you and your offspring always have everything at hand during the car ride.

The attachment of the durable protective pad is very easy and fast - simply position on the car seat and attach the child seat on it as usual. Already the journey can start.
