Perfectly secured in the car
The Joie i-Snug 2 i-Size infant car seat incl. seat reducer and sun canopy in Laurel meets the latest safety standards with Isofix and therefore offers the best possible safety for your car journeys together. This means that your little one can travel in the car from day one up to a maximum weight of 13 kg. In addition to Isofix, the car seat can also be secured using a vehicle seat belt. This means that the infant car seat is suitable for every car and can be used flexibly.
Tested safety: Stiftung Warentest declared the i-Snug 2 infant car seat in combination with the Isofix-Base Advance the test winner with the grade Good (1.7) in the 06/2023 test. Without Isofix-Base Advance with the grade Good (2.0)
Recycled Fabric Collection by Joie
Modern production of high-quality baby equipment should not only include products that protect children, but also sustainable production that protects our environment. All fabrics (soft goods: such as canopies, seat covers, etc.) in the Cycle Collection are made from recyclable materials - using up to 94 bottles per stroller.
Growing comfort combined with maximum safety
With the included newborn insert, even the smallest passenger with a height of 40 cm or more sits safely. Surrounded by the padded, supportive side wings and the soft insert, they sit comfortably. This means that your little one enjoys excellent side protection on the ride, even during heavy braking maneuvers.
The SoftTouch padding of the 3-point harness on the shoulders and in the crotch area prevents uncomfortable pressure or cutting in. The harness system can be tightened with just one hand. As your baby grows, the seat reducer can be easily removed to create a larger seat in no time at all.
Even after this, the i-Snug 2 i-Size can still be adapted to your little one's growth, as the headrest is height-adjustable. The Tri-Protect™ headrest with 3-layer safety concept with energy-absorbing Intelli-Fit™ memory foam continues to provide excellent side impact protection.
Equipped for any weather & shopping trips
On sunny days, the removable sun canopy with UV protection 50+ is very practical, as it reliably shields baby's sensitive skin and provides shade. Sudden rain can't harm the water-repellent material. The Joie infant car seat is a real lightweight at just 3.3 kg and can be carried comfortably over your arm to your car using the adjustable, ergonomic handle.
For the next shopping trip, the infant car seat can be attached to a Joie stroller frame in seconds using the matching adapter, creating a practical travel system. Additional adapters allow the combination with baby carriage frames from other manufacturers. If the cover of the Joie i-Snug 2 i-Size infant car seat has become stained, you can simply remove it and machine wash it to make it shine again.

To use this Joie child restraint system with ISOFIX connectors according to UN Regulation No.129, your child must meet the following requirements: Rear-facing: child height 61-105 cm / maximum child weight 19 kg
Forward-facing: child height 76-105 cm / child age at least 15 months / maximum child weight 19 kg
! IMPORTANT - DO NOT USE FORWARD-FACING AS LONG AS YOUR CHILD IS YOUNGER THAN 15 MONTHS (follow instructions)
! Ensure that the seat is firmly connected to the vehicle via the ISOFIX connectors, that the support leg rests firmly on the vehicle floor, and that the seat belts fit snugly against your child's body and are not twisted.
! After placing your child in the seat, the safety belt must be correctly fastened.
The lap belt should run as low as possible so that the pelvis is securely fixed.
! Do NOT use this child restraint system after it has been involved in an accident.
Replace it immediately as it may have invisible structural damage from the accident.
! You must NOT modify this child restraint system or use it together with parts from other manufacturers. Follow the instructions and warnings in this manual, otherwise your child may suffer serious or even fatal injuries.
! Please protect the child restraint system from direct sunlight. In case of high outside temperatures and storage in the vehicle, ensure before use that the surfaces have not become too hot before placing your child in the seat.
! NEVER leave your child unattended in this child restraint system.
