WARNINGS & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING!

Please ensure before purchase that this child restraint system can be properly installed in your vehicle.
! NO child restraint system can guarantee complete protection against injury in an accident. Nevertheless, the proper use of this child restraint system will reduce the risk of serious or fatal injury to your child.
! To use this child restraint system in accordance with regulation ECE R129/03, your child must meet the following requirements.
i-Gemm 3: Child's height 40 – 85 cm / Child's weight ≤ 13 kg (approx. 1.5 years old or younger).
! All straps of the child restraint system should be tightened firmly and must not be twisted.
! DO NOT install this child restraint system without following the instructions in this manual; otherwise, you may expose your child to the risk of serious or fatal injury.
! NEVER leave your child unattended in this child restraint system.
! You MUST NOT modify this child restraint system or use it in combination with parts from other manufacturers.
! DO NOT use this child restraint system if any parts are damaged or missing.
! Do NOT dress your child in large/oversized clothing, as this may prevent your child from being properly and securely fastened with the shoulder straps and the crotch strap.
! DO NOT leave this child restraint system or other items loose or unsecured in your vehicle, as an unsecured restraint system can be thrown around during sharp turns, sudden braking, or accidents and may injure occupants.
! DO NOT install a rearward-facing child restraint system on a front seat with an airbag. This could cause serious or fatal injuries.

! NEVER use a second-hand child restraint system or one whose history you do not know, as it may have structural damage that could compromise your child's safety.
! NEVER use ropes or other means as a substitute to secure a child restraint system in a vehicle or to secure a child in a child restraint system.
! DO NOT use this child restraint system without the textile parts.
! Textile parts may only be replaced with parts recommended by the manufacturer. The textile parts are an essential component of the child restraint system's performance.
! ONLY use the recommended inner cushions in this child restraint system.
! Ensure that the child restraint system is installed so that none of its parts obstruct adjustable seats or the opening and closing of vehicle doors.
! DO NOT continue to use this child restraint system if it has been involved in an accident, even a minor one. Replace it immediately, as it may have invisible structural damage.
! Remove this child restraint system and the base from the vehicle seat when not in regular use.
! Consult your dealer regarding maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts.
! To prevent the risk of falling out, always secure your child with the safety belt when seated in the child restraint system, even if the system is not in the vehicle.
! Before carrying the child restraint system by hand, ensure the child is fastened with the safety belt and the handle is properly locked in the vertical position. To avoid serious or fatal injuries, NEVER place the child restraint system with a child in it on an elevated seat.
! The parts of this child restraint system should never be greased.
! Always secure your child in the child restraint system, even on short journeys, as most accidents occur during these.
! DO NOT use this child restraint system for more than 5 years after the purchase date, as its components may deteriorate over time or due to sun exposure and may not function properly in an accident.
! Do not expose this child restraint system to sunlight, as it may become too hot for your child's skin. Always touch the child restraint system before placing your child in it.
! Regularly check the Isofix guides for dirt and clean them if necessary. The reliability of the system can be impaired by the ingress of dirt, dust, food residues, etc.
! DO NOT place any objects in the area of the support leg in front of your base.
! Proper installation is only guaranteed by using the Isofix attachments.
! After placing your child in this child restraint system, the safety belts must be properly fastened, ensuring the crotch strap is positioned as low as possible to securely hold the pelvis.
! ONLY use the load-bearing contact points described in the manual and marked on the child restraint system.
! If your child seat shows damage due to misuse (e.g., impact from a great height and/or at high speed, etc.), we recommend you do not continue to use the product and replace it with a new one for safety reasons.
Defects in the material structure – such as fine hairline cracks – may occur, which are not visible to the naked eye but significantly impair the protective effect of the child seat in the event of an accident. In cases of improper product use (see scenarios above), we as the manufacturer are not obliged to replace the damaged product free of charge.
