A car seat for the whole childhood
Once purchased, the Reboarder Car Seat Verso R129 - Shale from Joie accompanies your child safely and securely until they no longer need a seat – that is, until about 12 years old. The car seat is usable from 40 cm to 145 cm in height. Initially, the Verso R129 is installed rear-facing until your child reaches 100 cm and is at least 15 months old. The multi-piece newborn insert protects your little one and makes it as comfortable as possible. Rear-facing, the car seat can be reclined in 2 stages to the resting position. The integrated 5-point harness ensures optimal safety even for the smallest passengers. Thanks to the GrowTogether function, the headrest and harness system are adjusted simultaneously with just one hand. The car seat is secured with the vehicle’s 3-point seatbelt.
Optionally, the Verso R129 can be used forward-facing once your child is 100 cm tall and at least 15 months old – however, Joie’s car seat experts recommend using car seats rear-facing as long as possible, up to a height of 105 cm. Forward-facing, the car seat has 4 recline positions. The AutoAdjust side wings automatically expand when raising the headrest to give your growing child the necessary space. The headrest can be adjusted in 9 stages with just one hand and grows with your child until they are 145 cm tall or 12 years old. In the forward-facing car seat, your child is secured with the vehicle seatbelt and the 5-point harness is stored in the storage compartment.
Safety & comfort
For maximum safety in the Verso R129, the TriProtect headrest with a unique 3-layer safety concept including energy-absorbing IntelliFit memory foam provides optimal side impact protection. Additional protection for the particularly sensitive head area is offered by the Guard Surround Safety side impact protection element. The steel-reinforced seat construction gives the car seat maximum stability. The intuitive and clearly marked belt routing allows you easy installation with the vehicle seatbelt. The removable cover of the car seat is pleasantly soft and breathable, so your child will definitely not sweat. In case of soiling, you can easily remove and clean it. Especially important items for the journey, such as pacifiers, toys or snacks, can be stored within easy reach for your child in the practical storage pockets. This makes the journey in the Verso R129 fly by.

! The belts securing the advanced child restraint system in the vehicle must be properly fastened; the belts holding the child must be adjusted to the child's body and must not be twisted.
! Fasten the seat belt correctly after placing your child in this advanced child restraint system. Ensure the lap belt is positioned as low as possible to securely hold the pelvis.
! This child restraint system should be replaced if subjected to excessive stress in an accident. An accident can damage it without visible signs.
! Be aware of the dangers of modifications or additions to this product not approved by a competent authority.
Also observe the dangers of non-compliance with the manufacturer's installation instructions for a child restraint system.
