Safety & comfort

Rear-facing ride offers more protection in side and frontal impacts. In collisions, the forces are distributed over the entire body. As a result, the head and neck have to withstand less pressure and the risk of serious injuries is reduced. This is why, for a few years now, legislation has made it compulsory for children up to the age of 15 months to sit in a seat facing in the opposite direction to the direction of travel. Even after this age, the reboard variant is recommended for the reasons mentioned above. In the i-Anchor Advance, your little one can take a seat from birth thanks to the included seat reducer. On the Isofix base i-Base, which is available separately, the seat angle can be adjusted 7-fold with just one flick of the wrist. The headrest can also be easily adjusted in 7 positions. Practical: The padded and non-slip harness system grows with the adjustment of the headrest. Babies nap in the resting position, while older children can enjoy the view out the window in an upright position.

Innovative safety features provide more protection in case of accidents. The headrest features the unique Tri-Protect 3-layer safety concept. The head, chest and pelvis are protected by the Guard Surround Safety side impact protection, which can be activated individually.

The shell is equipped with ventilation slots so your little one sweats less in high temperatures. The i-Anchor Advance's covers, which have been tested for harmful substances, can be removed and washed at 30°C. This means that even on long journeys, your little one can still enjoy the ride. Fastening

To ensure maximum safety, the i-Anchor Advance can only be installed with the accompanying Isofix base i-Base. The base, which is available separately, is equipped with 10-way adjustable Isofix connectors, a rebound bar and support foot. This reduces the impact of force in impact accidents. Color indicators signal the correct installation. Removal of the seat is possible with just one click thanks to QuickRelease. In the i-Base, the seat position can be adjusted 7 positions with just one movement. From a height of 80 cm, you can also turn the child seat in the direction of travel.
