The Traver Shield - Laurel child seat from Joie can be optimally adapted to your child and is super comfortable. The softly padded seat can be attached with Isofix connectors or alone with the vehicle's own 3-point harness. It has a removable side impact protection for both sides, a multiple height-adjustable headrest, as well as depth-adjustable seat and safety cushions. So your child can ride safely and comfortably in the Traver Shield from about 9 months to 12 years.

Optimal safety & comfort

As soon as your baby can sit independently, i.e. from about nine months, you can use the Traver Shield with safety cushion. The softly padded safety cushion can be adjusted to 4 different depths and keeps your little one firmly in the seat. The vehicle's own 3-point harness runs across the front of the cushion and ensures a secure hold. When your child is about three years old or weighs 15 kg, you simply remove the safety cushion and use the Traver Shield from now on as a group 2/3 seat. Your child is now secured with the vehicle's own 3-point belt.

The headrest of the Traver Shield is 8-fold adjustable in height and the wide seat 3-fold in depth. So the comfortable seat grows with your treasure for a long time. The individually removable Guard Surround Safety side impact protection provides additional protection for the head, chest and pelvis. The comfortably padded safety cushion can be adjusted 4-fold in depth and optimally adapted to your most important passenger. It serves as a catch body, which evenly distributes and thus reduces the forces generated in the event of an accident. The softly padded seat with memory foam has a breathable backrest and seat surface to prevent excessive sweating and is also equipped with two comfortable armrests.

Easy attachment in the car

You have two ways to attach the Traver Shield: either with your car's 3-point harness or additionally with the Isofix connectors. The red marked belt guide helps you to fasten the seat belt correctly. The ISOSAFE connectors are attached to the Isofix anchorage of your car, whereby the child seat is firmly connected to the body and gets a particularly secure hold. Thanks to the EasyRelease button, you can easily release the ISOSAFE fastener. If you are not using the connectors, they can be hidden in the recesses provided on the underside of the seat.

Easy cleaning and useful accessories

The seat cover is removable and machine washable at 30°. A summer cover is available as an accessory, item no. 202000001807.
