The Moritz White Grey 70 x 140 cm Baby Bed and Child’s Bed from jonka is the ideal sleeping place for your little one! The piece of furniture impresses above all with its high-quality workmanship – it is made of certified partially solid pine wood from European forests and painted white and grey. The paint is not fully opaque, so the grain is slightly visible. The white and grey paint is naturally sweat- and saliva-proof as well as free of harmful substances.
The 70 x 140 cm bed with adjustable lying surface can be used for a particularly long time: The 3-level height-adjustable slatted frame (H 12 cm / 32 cm / 45 cm) can be adjusted according to age. For example, at the highest level, it makes it easier for you to lay your baby in and take them out in the first months. The slatted frame is equipped with elastic spring slats made of glued birch wood for a restful sleep.
The three escape slats allow your child to get in and out independently. Later, the baby bed can be converted into a junior bed (child’s bed) using the included conversion corners. For this, the slatted frame is attached to the head and footboard with the included 4 conversion corners.

WARNING!
WARNING – Ensure that the cot is not placed near open flames or strong heat sources, e.g. electric heaters, gas stoves.
WARNING – Do not use the cot if any parts are broken, cracked, damaged or missing. Use only replacement parts recommended by the manufacturer.
WARNING – Objects that could be used as footrests or that pose a risk of choking or strangulation, e.g. cords, curtain/drape cords, etc., must not be left in the cot.
WARNING – Never use more than one mattress in the cot.
All safety-relevant product features are designed for ONE child:
- Load capacity of the slatted frame and bed sides
- Load capacity of the assembly and screw connections
- Height of the slats as protection against climbing
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE BED AS A PLAY AREA FOR TWO OR MORE CHILDREN! RISK OF ACCIDENT!
- One to two persons are required to assemble this product.
- The lowest slatted frame setting is the safest for your child. Only this setting should be used once the child is old enough to sit up.
- Once the child can climb out of the bed unaided, the bed must no longer be used as a cot, otherwise there is a risk of accident due to the high slatted side panels.
- The thickness of the mattress must be chosen so that the mattress surface is at least 50 cm from the top edge of the bed frame in the lowest slatted frame position (bed base) and at least 20 cm in the highest slatted frame position.
- The red line on the inner head or foot end indicates the maximum allowed mattress height; if not present, the mattress may be max. 10 cm thick.
- The size of the mattress depends on the bed size and should accordingly be 70 x 140 cm or 60 x 120 cm.
- One of the slatted sides has two or three removable escape slats. For your child’s safety, this side must only be assembled so that the escape slats can only be removed by lifting them up. Incorrectly assembled escape slats can lead to accidents.
- All fittings for assembly must always be properly fastened and should be regularly checked and, if necessary, tightened.
- To avoid choking hazard, every plastic cover must be removed before use.
- Although we only use health-safe lacquers in the manufacture of our furniture, we ask you to place the product in a well-ventilated area for several days to neutralise the new smell.
Remove all bags and packaging materials before use.
