Safety for small and large: The Guardianfix 3 - Onyx Black from Kiddy is a group 1/2/3 seat and convinces with many adjustment options, an energy-absorbing side impact protection and a new impactor system for the smallest. From the 9th month until the age of 12, the Guardianfix accompanies your little one and big safely on the way to kindergarten, school or on vacation. Update: The Guardianfix 3 is now equipped with even softer fabrics than its predecessor. Kiddy has also made improvements to the side impact protection.

Tested safety: The Guardianfix 3 child seat was tested by ADAC and Stiftung Warentest (test magazine, issue 6/2017) and rated GOOD (1.9).

Safety & Comfort

After the first few months in the infant carrier, the Guardianfix is the perfect companion from daycare to age 12. Initially, the new airbag system ensures safety in the head and neck area. In the event of an accident, the airbag-like impact shield absorbs any energy that occurs. Thanks to its shape, it allows the upper body to roll and thus relieves the neck region of your most important passenger. It is adjustable in size and can be used up to a weight of 18 kg. You can also adjust the backrest and seat to the size of your child. The optimal adjustment is not only comfortable, but also provides more support in the seat.

For side impact protection, Kiddy relies on the high-performance material 'Honey Comb 2'. This means that the head and shoulder area are particularly well protected. Another safety feature is the Kiddy shock absorber. 3-point vehicle harnesses are designed for adults. The absorber dissipates energy acting on the belt and thus protects your little one in accidents and sudden braking maneuvers.

Even before you start driving, the red belt guides help to secure your child. They make it easier to buckle up and prevent incorrect use.

Fastening in the vehicle

With the Kiddy k-fix connectors, you can easily attach the child seat to the Isofix system. In this way, the seat is firmly anchored to the car body and thus offers particularly high safety in the event of an accident. With the help of a practical retraction mechanism, you can easily slide the connectors into the child seat. Thus, the seat can also be used in vehicles without Isofix system. It is then simply fastened with the 3-point belt of the vehicle. The included safety gear offers extra protection for your offspring (up to 18 kg). This can reduce dangerous cervical vertebrae injuries in the event of an accident.

Accident Plus: If the child seat is involved in an accident, the manufacturer will exchange it for an equivalent model free of charge. You also have a warranty claim of a total of 3 years.
