Children’s and baby skin in particular is very sensitive and more permeable than that of adults, so it should be well protected from the sun. The Lässig Sun Protection Flap Hat with Neck Protection in Nature has UV protection 80 and extra long neck protection. This effectively shields the delicate skin of the head and neck as well as the ears and eyes from sun exposure.

Thanks to breathable, quick-drying fabric, the headwear is very comfortable to wear. To prevent it from simply falling off on windy days or during play, it can be tied under the chin with two straps. Sustainability was also considered: the yarn used for the hat is spun from recycled plastic.

If it gets dirty, you can wash it in the machine at 30°C on a gentle cycle. The sun protection flap hat with UV protection of UPF 80 is tested according to UV STANDARD 801 (Hohenstein) and meets the requirements of EN ISO 13688:2013, Protective Clothing – General Requirements.
