In the baby car seat Pebble - River Blue from Maxi-Cosi your baby lies safely and comfortably during the car ride - and is more practical than any other baby car seat. Stiftung Warentest (test magazine - 06/2014 issue) and ADAC (ADAC Motorwelt magazine - 06/2014 issue) are also convinced of its safety: in the June 2014 safety test, the Maxi-Cosi Pebble scored an overall mark of 2.3 (GOOD) - and even 1.6 (GOOD) in combination with the 2wayFix base.

Comfort and safety

The highlight of the Maxi-Cosi Pebble is its sophisticated Easy-Out harness system: when you put your child in the infant carrier, the open parts of the harness stand out slightly. So you can easily buckle your child without having to search long for the belt parts. The padded 3-point harness can be adjusted in height with a flick of the wrist together with the head cushion. In terms of accident safety, the integrated side impact protection is convincing, reliably protecting the head and body from injury.

The included head cushion and wedge cushion provide real comfort. With their help, newborns are gently supported. When your baby grows up; both cushions can be removed. Another extra is the integrated sun canopy - it protects against summer heat, wind and adverse weather.

Fastening

There are four ways to secure the Pebble infant carrier in the car: with the vehicle's own 3-point harness, with the FamilyFix Isofix base, the 2wayFix base and with the EasyBase 2 harness base (bases available as accessories).

All three base systems allow for easy and quick installation of the infant carrier: with one click, the infant carrier is secured in the car and released again at the push of a button! The FamilyFix and 2wayFix Isofix bases are fixed to the Isofix anchors of the rear seat with the help of integrated locking arms. This means: more stability and safety in case of accidents!

Note: The Pebble infant carrier has been approved by TÜV for use on planes - so your baby will travel safely and comfortably on planes, too.

Use as a Shop'n Drive system

The Pebble infant carrier can be attached to many stroller and buggy frames using a separately available adapter, making it suitable for short trips. By using it as a store'n-drive system, you don't have to wake up your sleeping baby after the car ride. Out of the car, clicked onto the chassis and off you go to the supermarket for shopping.

Care instructions and accessories

Cleaning the baby car seat is also very easy: the cover, cushion and harness padding can be machine washed at 30 °C, and the shell is quickly cleaned again with a damp cloth!

So that your offspring always feels comfortable in the baby car seat, we recommend the purchase of additional accessories: A rain cover for bad weather, a baby car seat footmuff for the winter and an insect net against wasps and mosquitoes protect your baby in any weather!
