In the baby seat Pebble - Sparkling Grey by Maxi-Cosi your baby lies safe and comfortable while driving - and is more practical than any other baby seat. Stiftung Warentest (magazine test - issue 06/2014) and ADAC (magazine ADAC Motorwelt - issue 06/2014) are also convinced of the safety: in the June 2014 safety test, the Maxi-Cosi Pebble scored 2.3 (GUT) overall - in conjunction with the 2wayFix base even 1.6 (GUT).

Comfort and safety

The highlight of the Maxi-Cosi Pebble is its well thought-out Easy-Out harness system: When you place your child in the infant carrier, the opened harness parts are easily detached. So you can buckle up your child easily without having to search for the belt parts for a long time. The padded 3-point harness can be adjusted in height in one easy movement together with the pillow. When it comes to accident safety, the integrated side impact protection is a convincing feature that reliably protects the head and body from injury. The head cushion and wedge cushion supplied provide real comfort. With their help, newborns are gently supported. If your baby gets bigger, both pillows can be removed. A further extra is the integrated sun canopy – it protects against summer heat, wind and adverse weather conditions.

Fixing

You have four options for fixing the Pebble infant carrier in the car: with the vehicle's own 3-point belt, with the Isofix FamilyFix base, with the 2wayFix base and with the EasyBase 2 belt base (bases available as accessories).

All three basic systems allow easy and quick installation of the infant carrier: With one click the infant carrier is fixed in the car and can be removed again at the push of a button! The Isofix FamilyFix and 2wayFix bases are fixed to the Isofix anchors of the Rückbank using integrated locking arms. This means: more stability and safety in the event of accidents!

Note: The Pebble baby seat has been approved by the TÜV for use in the aircraft – so your baby travels safely and comfortably in the aircraft.

Use as a shop´n-drive system

The Pebble baby seat can be attached to many pram and buggy frames using a separately available adapter and is therefore also suitable for short trips. By using it as a Shop'n-Drive system, you do not have to wake up your sleeping baby after driving. Get out of the car, click on the chassis and off you go’s for shopping in the supermarket.

Care instructions and accessories

Cleaning the baby seat is also very easy: cover, cushions and belt pads can be washed in the machine at 30 °C, the shell is quickly cleaned again with a damp cloth!

In order to keep your offspring comfortable in the infant carrier at all times, we recommend the purchase of additional accessories: rain protection for bad weather, a infant carrier footmuff for the winter and an insect net against wasps and mosquitoes protect your baby in all weathers!
