The latest Infant Car Seat from Maxi Cosi meets the newest safety standards of the European safety norm i-Size with ISOFIX and integrated side impact protection. Your little one travels safely and rear-facing in the car from birth up to 12 months.
You can attach
- the Infant Car Seat using a separately available ISOFIX base or
- classically with the vehicle seat belt in your car.
Simply click it onto the swivelling base station and the journey can begin. The swivel function saves you awkward movements and back pain: you turn the Infant Car Seat towards you, comfortably place your child inside and swing it back into driving position with a one-handed grip. This way, you always have the perfect view of the belts, can buckle up quickly and correctly, and maintain physical contact at the same time. The base is especially stable thanks to the integrated support leg. A 3-point harness ensures the hold in the seat and is also very simple to handle. Soft padding on the harness system prevents pressure points and makes buckling up more comfortable. For the next shopping trip, the Infant Car Seat can be quickly placed onto a stroller frame, creating a practical travel system.
Cleverly designed and grows with your child
To ensure even the smallest babies from a height of 40 cm have good support in the seat, this model comes with a removable newborn insert for the initial period. With the 2-position adjustable backrest, you can individually adjust the Infant Car Seat to your child's size. If the cover gets dirty, simply remove it for cleaning and wash it easily in the machine. For a restful nap on the go and an ergonomic posture, you can adjust the Infant Car Seat to a comfortable semi-reclined or lying position.

WARNINGS & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
The Coral 360 is a belt-secured advanced child restraint system (ECRS) of the category
„Universal“. It is approved according to UN ECE Regulation No. 129 for use in „universal seating positions“, as specified by the vehicle manufacturers in the vehicle manual. In case of doubt, contact the manufacturer of the child restraint system or the specialist dealer.

The Coral 360 can be attached to a Maxi-Cosi ISOFIX base station. Please ensure that you have carefully read the manual for this base station.
Alternatively, the Coral 360 can be used with your car’s 3-point seat belt.
SAFETY
The child seat has been designed for intensive use over a period of about 6 years.
Coral 360 in the vehicle
• The child seat can rotate 360° when installed on the rotating Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix 360 base. This helps you to place your child in the vehicle and take them out more easily.
• When using the seat belt, ensure that the seat belt buckle runs in a
straight line and remains under the harness hook of the child seat.
• The vehicle seat belt must be routed tightly along all green markings. For proper installation, read this manual and the stickers on the side of the child seat.
• Use only a forward-facing seat with a 3-point seat belt that complies with the ECE R16 standard.
WARNING:
• Install the child seat only rear-facing in a forward-facing vehicle seat.
• During travel, the child seat must always be locked in the rear-facing position. NEVER start driving if the child seat is in the side position (for seating) or any other unlocked position.
Baby in the Coral 360
• Make sure that no more than one finger fits between the belt and your baby (1 cm). Tighten the belt if there is more than 1 cm of space.
• Use the Coral 360 seat reducer only until your child reaches a height of 60 cm.
Then remove the seat reducer from the Coral 360.
WARNING:
• Never place the child car seat and/or the soft carrycot on elevated surfaces (e.g., tables and chairs).
• To prevent the child car seat from tipping when carrying, check beforehand that the carrying handle is locked in the carrying position (A1).
• When attaching the Coral 360 to a stroller, always use the appropriate car seat adapters and secure the Coral 360 properly.
Use of the Soft Carrycot
• Fold down the carrying handle and take the soft carrycot handles from both sides in one hand.
• Press the soft carrycot release button on the side of the safety shell
to release the soft carrycot.
• Lift the soft carrycot out of the safety shell.
• When placing the soft carrycot back into the safety shell, it must click audibly into place.
• The soft carrycot handles will automatically retract when released.
• Slide the carrying handle as far as possible towards your child’s legs until it locks (position A1).
WARNING:
• Always check whether the indicators on the release buttons of the carrycot have turned green. If not, you must push the soft carrycot further into the safety shell until it clicks audibly into place and the indicators turn green.
• Before carrying your baby in the soft carrycot, you must correctly fasten them with the integrated harness system. Never transport your baby unfastened in the soft carrycot.
• Ensure that the carrying handle is in position A1.
• The soft carrycot cannot and must not be used in the car without the safety shell. It must always be secured in the safety shell.
Coral 360 in an aeroplane
• The attachment of the Coral 360 to a passenger seat in an aeroplane differs from installation in a vehicle.
• Attachment of the Coral 360 with a two-point seat belt is only permitted in an aeroplane.
• The Coral 360 may only be used on forward-facing passenger seats in an aeroplane.
• The soft carrycot can and must never be installed in an aeroplane without the safety shell.
• Place the Coral 360 rear-facing on the passenger seat. Thread the 2-point seat belt through the belt guides. (1,2) Fasten the buckle of the 2-point seat belt. (3) Tighten the 2-point seat belt. (4)
• The handle of the Coral 360 must be folded up.
• The buckle of the 2-point belt must not be positioned in the belt guide of the Coral 360. Otherwise, safe attachment is not possible.
• To remove the Coral 360, open the buckle of the 2-point seat belt by unfolding the clasp. (5) Pull the 2-point seat belt out of the guides. Ensure that the Coral 360 does not fall from the passenger seat when opening the buckle.
• The Coral 360 must remain fastened to the passenger seat in the aeroplane, even when not in use.
• The Coral 360 may only be used on passenger seats that are approved by the airline.
• Do not install the Coral 360 in the deployment area of airbags.
• Follow the instructions of the flight crew.
• If the fastening instructions and the user manual are not followed, the safety of your child is not guaranteed.
Remove all bags and packaging materials before use.
