The Maxi Cosi Nomad can be fastened with the car seat belt as well as with the Isofix connectors, so it fits in any car. A quick change from your own car to a cab or a rented car can be done in just a few simple steps. You need less than 30 seconds to attach it.
The 5-point harness ensures that your little one stays securely in the seat. As the Maxi Cosi Nomad is suitable from 9 months to 4 years, it will accompany your little one for a long time. Weighing just 4.2 kg, it is a real lightweight among child seats.
As the Nomad can also be folded up compactly and stored in the carrying bag provided, it is very comfortable to carry thanks to the built-in handle and is perfect for traveling. When the bag is not needed, it can be stored in the practical storage compartment.

Your little adventurer sits comfortably on the soft fabric and pleasant padding. Non-slip pads on the shoulder straps of the 5-point harness prevent uncomfortable pressure or cutting in.
As your child grows, the harness and headrest can be adjusted to fit. This means that the Maxi Cosi Nomad grows comfortably with your little angel. If cleaning is necessary, you can easily remove the cover and make it shine again with a machine wash.

The Maxi-Cosi Nomad Plus has been approved according to the current European safety standards (ECE R129/03) and is suitable for children between 76 cm and 105 cm (approximately from 15 months to 4 years).
Category of your child seat: Universal with belt
Position of your car seat: forward-facing.
Use the child car seat exclusively in vehicles.
2. The child seat has been designed for intensive use over a period of approximately 12 years.
3. We recommend regularly checking the parts made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) for damage.
WARNING: Ensure that the child seat is installed correctly. For your child's safety, it is important that you fasten the belt correctly. The vehicle belt must be secured along the intended markings/position points on the seat. Please also read the label on the side of the car seat. Never fasten the belt differently than shown.
It is recommended to contact the specialist retailer or the manufacturer of the child restraint system if there are doubts about seat installation or proper use of the seat.
The Maxi-Cosi Nomad Plus child car seat in the vehicle
1. Install the car seat in your car after purchase. If difficulties occur due to the length of the vehicle safety belt when installing, please contact your specialist dealer.
2. Use the child car seat only on a forward-facing seat with a self-tightening three-point safety belt approved according to ECE R16 or a comparable standard. Do NOT use a belt with two-point anchorage.
3. If you install the Nomad Plus on the front passenger seat, it is essential to deactivate the corresponding airbag and position the front passenger seat as far back as possible (see vehicle manual).
WARNING: • Install the Maxi-Cosi Nomad Plus child car seat exclusively in the forward direction in the vehicle.
Your child in the Maxi-Cosi Nomad Plus
1. Make sure you can only insert a maximum of one finger between the belt and your child (1 cm). Tighten the belt if there is more than 1 cm of space.
2. Ensure that the headrest is adjusted to the correct height.
3. Teach your child not to play with the vehicle belt buckle and to always rest their head against the headrest.
Remove all bags and packaging materials before use.
