Infant Car Seat & Use in Qeridoo Child Sports Wagon
The Qeridoo Infant Car Seat Gen 2 allows you to take your baby along in designated Qeridoo child sports wagons. It is approved for both buggy mode and trailer mode. The infant car seat may be used from the age of 4 weeks until the child can sit independently and up to a maximum body weight of 12 kg.
Compatibility & Universal Adapter
The infant car seat is exclusively intended for use in Qeridoo child sports wagons designed for this purpose. For attachment in other Qeridoo bike trailers, the separately required universal adapter UA-BH-20 is needed. Use in products from other manufacturers is not permitted.
Speed & Suitable Paths
When using the infant car seat, a maximum speed of 15 km/h applies. In corners, a maximum of 6 km/h is allowed. Curbs and comparable obstacles may only be crossed at a maximum walking speed of 6 km/h; if necessary, dismount from the bike. Strong braking should be avoided. Use is only permitted on paved paths and is not intended for unpaved terrain.
Safety Belt & Pre-Ride Check
Your baby must always be properly secured with the safety belt of the infant car seat – even when the child sports wagon is stationary. The headrest must also be used during operation. Before each ride, the correct seating of the infant car seat, all connections, and the technically flawless condition of the child sports wagon must be checked. Commercial use and use under competition conditions are not permitted.

The use of the baby carrier is exclusively for the private transportation of a baby with extremely cautious driving and only on flat and paved terrain.
Never leave the child unattended.
The baby carrier occupies one seat in the child stroller. Transport only one baby in the baby carrier.
The baby carrier may only be used after proper assembly. Use in this configuration is only possible in a compatible Qeridoo child stroller. Use with other products not approved by the manufacturer is not permitted. Use only original spare parts offered or recommended by the manufacturer.
Always use the restraint system. During travel, the baby must be strapped in using the 5-point safety harness of the baby carrier. Loosely adjusted safety belts or an improperly closed buckle can lead to life-threatening injuries in the event of an accident. Therefore, check the correct fit of the safety belts before each use.
When placing or removing the baby, the parking brake of the child stroller used must be engaged.
For longer trips, plan sufficient breaks so that you and your baby have enough free movement. Ensure adequate ventilation and a comfortable temperature.
For transportation in trailer mode, the maximum speed of 15 km/h must not be exceeded. In corners and at obstacles, 6 km/h.
Remove all bags and packaging materials before use.
