Recaro Child seat Monza Nova IS Seatfix - Xenon Blue

A sophisticated safety system with safety catchers, luxurious seating comfort and an integrated sound system - the Monza Nova IS Seatfix – Xenon Blue from Recaro is the perfect car seat for stylish parents with high expectations. Thanks to its recesses for the normal 3-point harness and the integrated Seatfix device for Isofix, the high-quality seat is quickly installed and brings Group II and III children safely and comfortably to their destination.

Tested safety: Test winner of the Stiftung Warentest (Group I – III, Journal test, Issue 5/2013) evaluated the Monza Nova IS with the grade good (2.0). In the ADAC Motorwelt 06/2013 test he also achieved the good mark (2.0).

Comfort and safety

The Recaro Monza Nova IS should be used from about 9 months of age. With reinforced armrests that absorb a lot of kinetic energy in the scenario of a side rear-end collision, your baby will sit safely as a Group I to III rider. In addition to this, a wide catching device is fitted for small Group I riders, which absorbs a lot of impact energy. It thus effectively reduces the risk of injury. So that the belt fits the shoulder perfectly and the side impact protection protects safely from the head over the shoulders to the hip, the headrest grows upwards with it and can be adjusted in 11 steps exactly to the body size of your child. For a comfortable and above all safe sleeping position, the depth of the headrest can be infinitely adjusted using the integrated air cushion. The innovative and extra-stable sidepads can reduce accident energy by up to 30%. In addition, crash and ventilation lamellas are located in the side wings, and padded and particularly firm armrests are located in the height area.

On the wide seating surface, the ventilated moulded foam and the breathable cushions ensure optimum air circulation and a pleasant sitting climate. In the headrest is the Recaro Sound System with speakers and a connection for the MP3 player, which can be stowed in the pocket on the side of the seat.

Fastening

Thanks to the comfortable equipment, your little one can relax on every excursion. The Group I and III child seat can be easily and intuitively fastened with the vehicle's 3-point seat belt thanks to belt guides. It stabilizes the seat on the bench and at the same time secures your child in the seat. The Isofix locking arms of the integrated Seatfix provide additional stability for the child seat, connecting it securely to the car body and thus considerably reducing the load values for your child.

Care instructions

Seat and belt can be cleaned with lukewarm water. The covers can be removed and machine washed at 30 °C.
