Comfort and safety

The Recario Optiafix is available from an age of approx. 9 months to use and the perfect successor to your baby car seat. With the innovative HERO system, your little one will sit safely as a Group I rider. An integrated 5-point harness keeps your treasure firmly in place. The large, soft pads around the belt prevent unpleasant incisions as well as slipping and twisting.

Shoulder pads, shoulder straps and head restraints form a unit and provide optimum protection in the event of accidents. The seat shell is made of one piece and is therefore particularly stable. Impact is effectively cushioned by Advanced Side Protection. The side protectors are the first to come into contact with the vehicle and absorb part of the forces. When not in use, they can be folded to save space.

Thanks to the Recaro SMARTfit comfort system, your child not only sits securely, but also very comfortably. The headrest is 6-way adjustable and promotes your little rider in a comfortable position. The rest position can be set with just one movement and the other elements can also be operated intuitively.

Fastening

The Optiafix is installed quickly and easily via Isofix. Thanks to the integrated base, you can also easily attach the child seat to other vehicles. The installation can be checked with the practical colour indicators. If the support foot and Isofix connections are set correctly, the symbols on the display will be green.

Care instructions

Seat and belt can be cleaned with lukewarm water. The covers can be removed and machine washed at 30 °C.
