The Recaro Zero.1 Elite i-Size reboarder child seat in Carbon Black is a two-in-one solution that grows with your child. The child seat with integrated infant carrier combines optimum support with maximum safety - for your baby from birth. Breathable fabrics, ergonomic seat foam and the headrest with memory foam padding offer your baby maximum seating comfort. The triple side impact protection and the 5-point harness system with HeroTechnology ensure maximum safety during the ride. The reboard seat also meets the new and improved standards for child seats "i-size (ECE R129)" and thus ensures maximum safety on the road.

Tested safety: Stiftung Warentest declared the Zero.1 Elite i-Size reboarder the test winner with the grade Good (2.5) (test magazine, issue 11/2017).

The baby car seat (from birth to approx. 6 months)

Thanks to the integrated baby shell, the Recaro Zero.1 Elite i-Size can be used from birth. The included variable seat reducer offers even newborns a comfortable, back-friendly reclining position. The 2.9 kg lightweight shell fits on the most common strollers and thus offers you the greatest possible mobility. The baby shell is equipped with a 3-point harness system.

The child seat (from about 6 months to about 4.5 years)

As soon as your child can sit independently and has outgrown the infant carrier, the seat can be used without the carrier. It is suitable for children up to approx. 4.5 years (max. 18 kg), rear-facing sitting is intended up to an age of 15 months. After that, the seat can also be used in the direction of travel.

The 5-point harness system with innovative HeroTechnology offers maximum safety on the road (the Hero safety concept prevents the harness from twisting, guarantees an optimal fit and makes it easier for parents to buckle the child in). The multiple height-adjustable headrest with memory foam padding ensures greater seating comfort and safety. The pronounced side impact protection provides optimal protection. The 5-way adjustable recline function allows for maximum comfort for your child even during a nap. The adjustment of the reclining position is possible in both driving directions.

The special seat foam optimally adapts to the body shape of your child and allows comfortable sitting. The innovative Recaro Air Circulation System ensures maximum ventilation in the child seat: ergonomically grooved molded foam with ventilation channels combined with breathable covers provide the greatest possible air circulation for greater comfort on hot days.

The reboard seat can be rotated 360°. Intuitively operated with one hand, it is quick and easy to switch between forward and rear-facing driving. For easy entry and exit, the seat can be turned sideways to the door. This position also makes it easier for parents to buckle up the child.

ISOFIX base station

The Recaro Zero.1 Elite seat features an integrated ISOFIX base station, ensuring quick and secure installation. Simply connect the ISOFIX connectors to your car's ISOFIX device and the child seat is securely installed. Enclosed insertion aids facilitate the installation and at the same time protect the car upholstery from possible damage. The central display window on the base station shows you whether the seat is correctly installed. The height-adjustable support foot also provides more stability.

Care instructions

For long-lasting hygienic use, the covers can be removed and cleaned at 30° in the washing machine. The straps can be cleaned with lukewarm water.
