General safety instructions
•• Read the instruction manual before using the device! It contains important information on commissioning and handling the device.
•• These safety instructions must be strictly observed!
•• Keep the instruction manual carefully for later reference. It must be handed over to third parties if the device is passed on.
•• This device is intended for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors. This device is not suitable for commercial use.
•• Please use the item only for the intended purpose of warming and disinfecting food in bottles, jars, or the enclosed food container.
•• Persons (including children) who are physically, sensorially, or mentally impaired or inexperienced or unaware should not use the device without supervision or instruction from a responsible person.
•• Repairs may only be carried out by customer service or authorised dealers. You must not open or repair the device yourself, as proper function can no longer be guaranteed. Warranty will be void if this is not observed. If you have any questions about the use of our devices, please contact your dealer.
•• The power supply cable of this device cannot be replaced. If the cable is damaged, the device must be scrapped.
•• Do not immerse the device, power cable, or plug in water or other liquids.
•• Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be performed by children unless they are 8 years or older and supervised.
•• Children must not play with the device.
•• The device and its power cord must be kept out of reach of children under 3 years.
Safety instructions for commissioning
•• Remove all packaging materials before first use.
•• Check the device for obvious damage before each use. If you detect any damage, the device must not be used.
•• Never immerse the device in water or other liquids and do not clean in the dishwasher; clean and wipe with a cloth moistened with water and detergent.
•• Never operate the device without water and never move it during operation.
•• Especially when travelling abroad, check whether the local mains voltage matches the voltage indicated on the devices or power supplies.
•• Always unplug the device when not in use to prevent it from being switched on unintentionally.
•• Secure the power cable and ensure it is not accidentally pulled, causing the device to fall. Do not let the power cable come into contact with hot surfaces.
•• Always use the device on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
•• Clean the food container before first use.
•• Do not use the device with an external timer switch or separate remote control system, as the device must never be used unattended.
•• Use fresh water for each use to avoid contamination or germ formation.
•• Bottles or jars must not be sealed during warming (risk of explosion).
•• Warning: Before feeding your child with baby food, always check the temperature of the contents.
•• Baby food must be warmed to a maximum of 37°C, i.e. body temperature. Test the temperature, for example, on the back of your hand.
•• Do not warm baby food for too long, as germs may form.
•• Use exclusively bottles and jars with a temperature resistance of at least 100°C.

Only if all the points listed here are ensured can the reer baby food warmer be used without concern.
