General safety instructions
• Read the user manual before using the device! It contains important information on commissioning and handling the device.
• Keep the user manual carefully for future reference. It must be handed over to third parties if the device is passed on.
• Use the device exclusively for private and intended purposes. This device is not intended for commercial use.
• This device is only intended for indoor use. Do not use outdoors.
• Persons (including children) who due to their physical, sensory or mental abilities or their inexperience or lack of knowledge are not able to use the device safely should not use the device without supervision or instruction by a responsible person.
• Do not use the device within the reach of children.
• Repairs may only be carried out by customer service or authorised dealers. You must not open or repair the device yourself, as proper functioning can no longer be guaranteed. Warranty will be void if not observed. If you have any questions about the use of our devices, please contact your dealer.
• The power supply cord of this device cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged, the device must be scrapped.
• Children must not play with the device. The device and its power cord must be kept out of reach of children under 3 years.

• Remove all packaging materials and unused parts before first use to prevent your child from injury or swallowing.
• Check the device for obvious damage before each use. If you find any damage, the device must not be used.
• Check, especially when travelling abroad, whether the local mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the devices or power supplies.
• When the device is not in use, always unplug it to prevent it from being switched on unintentionally.
• Secure the power cable and ensure that it is not accidentally pulled, causing the device to fall to the ground. Do not allow the power cable to come into contact with hot surfaces.
• Always use the device on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
• Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be carried out by children unless they are 8 years and older and supervised.
• Clean the basket and the tongs before first use and run the disinfection process once without parts to be disinfected.
• Do not immerse the device, power cable or plug in water or other liquids.
