We show you the delivery date as accurate as possible in your cart. After you've placed your order, we send you an order confirmation. You receive another e-mail when we send out your package. The e-mail also contains a link, with which you can check the status of your delivery. You can review your order updates in your account as well.

Unfortunately it happens from time to time that parcels go missing on the way. If your package is not on the move for several days, please let us know. We will contact DHL and make further inquiries.

We are specialized in getting your order ready as fast as possible. Therefore, it is not possible to make subsequent changes to your order. If your order is not send out yet, we can cancel it and you may order anew.

Cancellations are possible by sending an e-mail to service@babyartikel.de, provided that your order has not yet been processed in our warehouse. The fastest way is to go to your customer account and select the option to cancel the order.

If your order is late due to unforeseen reasons, we will inform you via e-mail. In this case we offer you the optional choices to either cancel your order or to receive the available items earlier in a separate delivery. If we don't receive a response from you, we will assume that you accept the new delivery date.
