How does the Vicon 4 differ from other ABC Design combi strollers?

The ABC Design Vicon was deliberately designed as a more affordable combi variant. However, the differences to other ABC Design models are very small: the folded size is slightly larger, so you need to plan a little more space in your boot. The head area of the carrycot cannot be folded up, unlike some new combi stroller models from 2023. On the other hand, the Vicon 4 is a real lightweight among the ABC Design combi strollers, which makes it particularly manoeuvrable.

• Recommended age: from birth to toddler age (max. load 22 kg + 5 kg in shopping basket)
• Use: suitable for city and off-road (field and forest paths)
• Features: carrycot with ergonomic overnight mattress & large, fold-out sun canopy with UV protection 50+ and two ventilation windows, stroller seat with flat recline position, 5-point harness system, removable safety bar, good suspension, height-adjustable handlebar, reversible stroller seat
• Special features: swivelling airless front wheels for dynamic driving comfort, extra lightweight design

Cosy carrycot for newborns

The extra-large carrycot is equipped with an ergonomic overnight mattress and cradles your newborn softly and comfortably. Air holes in the foam of the mattress guarantee pleasant ventilation. At the head end, the wedge shape protects the little head and supports it in a raised position. It is protected in the carrycot by the matching cover and a large hood.

The hood is equipped with UV protection 50+. For warm days, two individually usable ventilation windows are integrated to prevent heat build-up and to allow a view of your baby. If the stroller is too bulky for your next restaurant visit, simply remove the carrycot and carry it by hand using the sturdy handle. If you have little space for transport in the car, you can easily fold the carrycot.

Onwards in the comfortable stroller seat

As soon as your child can sit, you attach the stroller seat. This is quick and easy. Like the carrycot, the seat can be mounted in both directions. This way you have your little one perfectly in view and they can look at your familiar face. Curious explorers ride facing forwards and discover the world. This makes them tired, so the backrest and footrest are adjustable in multiple positions. In a flat recline position, a well-deserved nap can be taken.

Safety is ensured by a 5-point harness system and a safety bar. Practical: for easy access, you can simply fold up or completely remove the bar. The large hood protects against wind and weather. Thanks to UV protection 50+, it reliably protects your child's sensitive skin. Thanks to the mesh fabric viewing and ventilation window, you can keep an eye on your child at all times.

Comfortable pushing in city & country

To make the ride a pleasant experience not only for your little one but also for you, the Vicon 4 impresses with further features: the handlebar is height-adjustable, allowing mum and dad to push comfortably. Even more relief in everyday life is offered by the super spacious shopping basket. Here you can store bulky and heavy items, saving strength and nerves.

With the swivelling and lockable airless front wheels, you master every course and drive just as well over field paths as through narrow streets. The lightweight frame makes turning a breeze. The suspension on the frame and the large air chamber wheels compensate for unevenness and ensure a pleasant, smooth ride on different surfaces. If you stop on the way, the parking brake reliably secures the stroller against rolling away.

Tulip infant car seat included

This set includes the matching Tulip infant car seat (incl. Maxi-Cosi adapter).

The Tulip infant car seat from ABC Design offers your little one optimal protection during car journeys. It also looks great on ABC Design strollers. The change from car to stroller frame is simple and quick. The car seat complies with the latest safety standard i-Size (R129) and weighs just 3.95 kg.

• Recommended age: from birth to approx. 15 months (45-85 cm or 0-13 kg)
• Attachment: with 3-point vehicle belt (Isofix optional)
• Features: adjustable headrest, seat reducer, sun canopy with UV protection
• Extras: lockable rocking function, matching Isofix base available as accessory

High safety and lots of comfort

Optimal safety is ensured by side impact protection and the 3-point harness system. The growing harness system and headrest can be adjusted to your child's size. The integrated seat reducer offers optimal support at all times thanks to removable padding. The sun canopy with UV protection 50+ protects against sun exposure on hot days.

After the car journey, the infant car seat can be attached to all ABC Design strollers with just a few steps. The perfect travel system with very little effort. The required adapter is included in this set. The base of the infant car seat is slightly rounded. This allows your little one to rock gently and comfortably to sleep.

Easy attachment in the car

You attach the Tulip infant car seat quickly and easily with your car’s 3-point belt. Installation is done rear-facing as with all infant car seats.

If you are often on the road by car, it is recommended to purchase the optional Isofix base. With this, you don’t have to belt the infant car seat every time; you simply place it on the already installed Isofix base. This saves you a lot of time and effort. Additionally, it greatly helps to avoid installation errors. A practical colour indicator immediately shows you the correct installation.
