What is the difference compared to Salsa 4 or Salsa 4 Air?

The Samba is the right stroller if you can’t decide between the two Salsa models. With its all-terrain tyres, it is the perfect compromise between the two Salsas. In terms of construction and comfort, it is similar. It is lighter than the Salsa and has a much smaller folding size. So if you are not constantly on forest and field paths or only in the city, the Samba is perfect for you. It offers almost the same legroom as the Salsa models. However, if you are over 1.90m tall, we recommend the Salsa.

• Age recommendation: from birth to toddler age (up to max. 22 kg)
• Use: suitable for city & off-road
• Features: carrycot with ergonomic overnight mattress with raised protective edge, large sun canopies with UV protection 50+, sports seat with flat lying position, fold-out canopy, padded 5-point harness, removable safety bar, ball-bearing & puncture-proof all-terrain air chamber wheels, integrated suspension, height-adjustable handlebar, parking brake on right rear wheel
• Special features: foldable carrycot with adjustable backrest & two large ventilation windows, memory function on the carrycot mount, large shopping basket, reversible seat direction, handlebar & safety bar in elegant leather look, plenty of legroom when pushing, extremely compact fold & very light

Cosy carrycot for newborns

The carrycot is equipped with a high-quality, particularly soft, ergonomic overnight mattress with a raised edge in the head area and provides a very comfortable bed for your newborn. New: The extra comfort now comes from the backrest, which is adjustable upwards in the rear area. It is protected by the matching carrycot cover and a large canopy. The canopy is equipped with UV protection 50+. For warm days, there is a ventilation window in the canopy and one at the head end of the carrycot.

This ensures the carrycot is always pleasantly ventilated and prevents heat build-up. If the stroller is too bulky for your next restaurant visit, simply remove the carrycot and carry it by hand using the sturdy carry handle. Particularly comfortable and even safer is the practical memory function: you can unlock the mounts one after the other, so you always have one hand free to hold the carry handle. If you have little space in the car for transport, you can simply fold the carrycot.

Onwards with the buggy

As soon as your child can sit, you attach the sports seat. This is quick and easy. Like the carrycot, the seat can be attached in both directions. This way you have your little one in sight and they can look at your familiar face. Curious explorers ride facing forward and discover the world. That tires them out, so the backrest and footrest are adjustable multiple times. In a fully flat lying position, a well-deserved nap can be taken.

Safety is ensured by a padded 5-point harness and a safety bar. Practical: for easy access, you can simply fold up or completely remove the bar. The large canopy protects against wind and weather. With UV protection 50+, it reliably protects your child’s sensitive skin. Thanks to the mesh fabric viewing and ventilation window, you can always keep an eye on your child.

Also ideal for tall parents

Comfortably accommodated, off you go. The Samba also has a few highlights for parents. The handlebar is height-adjustable and allows mum and dad to take walks in a comfortable posture. The Samba is also suitable for tall parents. New: Since it no longer has a rear axle between the rear wheels and the parking brake is on the right rear wheel, it offers particularly plenty of legroom.

This also makes the Samba even lighter and at the same time provides additional space in the large shopping basket. Here you can store bulky and heavy items and save strength and nerves. At the front of the crossbar of the basket, you have a practical universal mount. You can attach a separately available stroller light here and be even safer when out at dusk or in the evening.

Great driving comfort and small folded size

The Samba runs on large all-terrain air chamber wheels. Puncture-proof and smooth-running, the 4 wheels manoeuvre through narrow city passages and bumpy forest paths. On particularly uneven terrain, you lock the front wheel so it does not block and you move forward quickly. Besides the soft wheels, the integrated suspension in the frame cushions small and large shocks. New: The suspension has been optimised to now provide an even smoother ride.

After the trip, you fold the stroller quickly and easily. The special feature of the ABC Design Samba is that you can leave the seat mounted when folding. For an especially small folded size, you can also remove the wheels. This is super easy at the push of a button. This way you can fit the Samba even in the smallest boot.

Infant car seat Tulip already included

This set includes the matching Tulip infant car seat (incl. Maxi-Cosi adapter).

The Tulip infant car seat from ABC Design offers your little one optimal protection during car journeys. It also looks good on ABC Design strollers. Switching from the car to the stroller frame is quick and easy. The car seat meets the latest safety standard i-Size (R129) and weighs just 3.95 kg.

• Age recommendation: from birth up to approx. 15 months (45-85 cm or 0-13 kg)
• Attachment: with the 3-point vehicle belt (Isofix optional)
• Features: adjustable headrest, seat reducer, sun canopy with UV protection
• Extras: lockable rocking function, matching Isofix base available as accessory

High safety and lots of comfort

For optimal safety, there is side impact protection and a 3-point harness system. The growing harness system and headrest can be adjusted to your child’s size. The integrated seat reducer offers optimal support at all times thanks to the removable padding. The sun canopy with UV protection 50+ protects against sun exposure on hot days.

After the car journey, the infant car seat can be attached to all ABC Design strollers with a few simple steps. The perfect travel system with very little effort. The adapter required for this is included in this set. The base of the infant car seat is slightly rounded. This allows your little one to gently and comfortably rock to sleep.

Easy attachment in the car

You attach the Tulip infant car seat quickly and easily with your car’s 3-point belt. Installation is done rear-facing as with all infant car seats.

If you travel often by car, purchasing the optional Isofix base is recommended. With this, you don’t have to buckle the infant car seat every time; you simply place it on the already installed Isofix base. This saves you a lot of time and effort. Additionally, it greatly helps to avoid errors during attachment. A practical colour indicator immediately shows you the correct installation.
