The Samba 2 baby carriage - incl. carrycot and sports seat from ABC Design is a very well-equipped all-rounder on 4 wheels. It is super lightweight and offers a very wide range of uses thanks to its all-terrain tires with air chamber wheels. Thanks to its extremely small folding size, you can even fit it into a small trunk. You can conveniently leave the seat on the frame when folding. Despite its compact size, it offers the same comfort as the other models.

What's new about the Samba in the 2025 collection?

The Samba 2 now boasts many new, practical features. With the innovative Quick-Fold folding mechanism, you can now fold the carrycot even faster from the outside using sliders on the underbody and stow it away to save space. The sun canopy can also be easily adjusted thanks to the new memory function: You release the canopy holders one by one and adjust it effortlessly. It now offers a brand new extra-large sun canopy with UPF 50+ retractable sun visor that can be pulled down further than ever before - perfect for generous shade, e.g. on the beach, or as a practical sleeping canopy. Thanks to the new innovative HappyBelt® 5-point harness system with magnetic buckle in the sports seat, which can be infinitely adjusted and offers padded shoulder straps for more comfort, getting in and out of the seat is also much easier.Additional comfort is provided by the new soft, breathable comfort seat insert, while the ventilation window made of fine mesh fabric integrated into the backrest ensures optimum air circulation and a pleasant seat climate. Cuddly carrycot for newborns

The carrycot is equipped with the particularly high-quality, soft and ergonomic CozyCloud mattress and provides your newborn with a very comfortable bed. The adjustable lying surface offers extra comfort, which you can fold up at the back of the carrycot. The new organizer is stored in the front section. This offers space for your cell phone, wallet and much more. You can also remove the small bag and attach it to the push bar.

The new CozyCloud mattress has been specially developed for use in the carrycot for newborns. So you can be sure that your baby will have a healthy and restful sleep. The mattress ensures an excellent sleeping climate. It has breathable cold foam with vertical air channels. The adjusted firmness level ensures optimum lying comfort from head to spine. The wedge-shaped head end raises the head slightly and thus supports a healthy sleeping position. All materials are allergy-friendly and are subject to the strictest quality controls.

Your baby is protected by the matching carrycot cover and a large canopy. The canopy is equipped with UV protection 50+. For warm days, there is an integrated ventilation window (made of particularly fine mesh) on the canopy and one at the head end of the carrycot. This means that the carrycot is always pleasantly ventilated and heat build-up is avoided.

If the carrycot is too bulky for your next restaurant visit, simply remove the carrycot and carry it by hand using the sturdy carrying handle. The practical memory function is particularly convenient and even safer: you can unlock the holders one after the other so that you always have one hand free to hold the carrying handle. If you have little space for transportation in the car, you can simply fold the carrycot.

Compact and very comfortable pushchair

You can place the pushchair seat on the frame in both directions. This means you can keep a close eye on your little one at the start and they can look into your familiar face. Later on, curious explorers will face forward and explore the world. This makes you tired, which is why the backrest and footrest are multi-adjustable. A well-deserved nap can be taken in a completely flat lying position.

A padded 5-point harness and a safety bar ensure safety. The magnetic HappyBelt® 5-point harness system holds your child securely in place and grows with them. Practical: For easy access, you can simply unfold the bar or remove it completely. The large canopy with fold-out sun visor protects against wind and weather. With UV protection 50+, it reliably protects your child's sensitive skin. An additional fold-out sun visor is hidden in the canopy. Thanks to the mesh viewing and ventilation window, you can keep an eye on your child at all times.

Also ideal for tall parents

Perfectly accommodated on tour. The Samba 2 also has a few highlights for parents. The push bar is height-adjustable and allows mom and dad to stroll around in a comfortable position. The Samba is also suitable for tall parents. As it no longer has a rear axle between the rear wheels and the parking brake is located on the right rear wheel, it offers plenty of legroom.

This also makes the Samba 2 even lighter and provides additional space in the large shopping basket. You can store bulky and heavy items here, saving you energy and nerves. There is a practical universal attachment at the front of the basket's cross connection. You can attach a separately available baby carriage light to this, making you even safer when out and about at dusk or in the evening.

Great ride comfort and small folding size

The Samba 2 rides on large, optimized all-terrain air chamber wheels. The 4 wheels are puncture-proof and smooth-running as they turn through narrow city passages and bumpy forest paths. On particularly uneven terrain, you can lock the front wheel so that it does not lock and you can make rapid progress. In addition to the soft wheels, the suspension integrated into the frame absorbs small and large bumps. The suspension has been optimized to provide an even smoother ride.

After the tour, you can fold the stroller quickly and easily. The special feature of the ABC Design Samba is that you can simply leave the seat in place when folding. You can also remove the wheels for a particularly small folding size. This is super easy at the touch of a button. So you can get the Samba into even the smallest trunk.

The Pebble Pro infant car seat from Maxi Cosi offers your little one optimum protection during the car journey. It also cuts a fine figure on the ABC Design baby carriages. Switching from the car to the baby carriage frame is quick and easy. The car seat complies with the latest i-Size (R129) safety standard and weighs just 4.55 kg.

You can attach the Pebble Pro infant car seat quickly and easily using your car's 3-point harness. As with all infant car seats, it is installed in the opposite direction to the direction of travel. If you often travel by car, we recommend purchasing the optional Isofix base for the Pebble Pro infant car seat (available separately in our store). With this, you don't have to strap the infant car seat in every time, but simply place it on the Isofix base that is already installed. This saves you a lot of time and effort. It also helps enormously to avoid mistakes when attaching the car seat. A practical color indicator immediately shows you the correct installation.
