If your little one wants to be soothed or nursed at night, you can have them very close to your box spring bed with the Babybay co-sleeper Boxspring - White lacquered. The height of the crib is infinitely adjustable so that it is flush with your bed. This means you can comfortably take your little one over to you. With a lying surface of 89 x 51 cm, there is plenty of space in the sleeping area and it could even be shared with a twin sibling.
To prevent the crib from slipping away, you can easily attach it to your bed using the strap fastening without any tools. When it is no longer needed as a co-sleeper, it can be easily converted: Whether as a play table, bench or with optionally available accessories as a high chair, playpen and much more, the Babybay Boxspring continues to cut a fine figure. From co-sleeper to bassinet
The closing gate for co-sleeper Maxi & Boxspring - White lacquered from babybay transforms your co-sleeper into a bassinet. It can be used to securely close the open side so that your little one lies safely in the crib and cannot fall out. Once your little one has fallen asleep, the co-sleeper can be silently detached from the bed and the rail attached. This way, your baby won't wake up. With the separately available castors, the bassinet can be moved to any room.
To attach the rail, simply snap it into the lying surface and lock it in place at the top with the two spring-loaded clips. Like the babybay co-sleeper itself, the rail can be infinitely adjusted. The locking rail is made of antibacterial, antistatic, natural solid beech wood from local, sustainably managed forests.

WARNING - Discontinue use of this product as soon as the child can sit or kneel or pull themselves up. For further use, we recommend the optional cot extension.
WARNING - Only mattresses and accessories approved by Tobi GmbH & Co.KG for this model may be used.
WARNING - Placing additional objects inside the product may lead to choking.
WARNING - Do not place the product near another product that could present a choking or risk of strangulation, e.g. cords, roller/blind cords, etc.
WARNING - Do not use more than one mattress in the product.
WARNING - To avoid the risk of strangulation for your child, the connection system with the adult bed must always be kept away from and outside the cot.
WARNING - If the baby becomes too agile, we recommend using the optional safety rail.
WARNING - babybay must never be used unattached from the parents’ bed without the optional safety rail.

The mattress core is not washable.

Do not attach any accessories to the product that were not supplied by the manufacturer.
• Do not adjust the height of the cot with the child inside.
• Do not adjust the cot while the child is inside.
• Beech wood is a natural product and is unique in its colouring and structure.
Therefore, colour differences may occur even within one product. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause colour variations.
• During use, ensure that bedding, blankets, etc. do not enter the cot.
• Bedding and soft blankets can present a choking hazard for newborns. Avoid placing pillows or similar items under the newborn to provide better comfort during sleep.
• Do NOT use babybay if any part is missing, damaged, or broken. Contact Tobi GmbH & Co.KG for spare parts and instructions if necessary. Do NOT use makeshift parts.
The babybay may only be used again after proper repair.
• Only original connection systems approved by Tobi GmbH & Co.KG for this model may be used.
• Side beds must never be used in an inclined position.
• To prevent the risk of external suffocation due to entrapment, the side bed must be securely attached to the adult bed using the connection system.
• There must never be a gap between the babybay mattress and the adult bed mattress.
• Check the fastening condition of the connection system before each use by pulling the side bed away from the adult bed.
• Do NOT use babybay if there is a gap between the side bed and the adult bed.
• Gaps should not be filled with pillows, blankets, or other objects.
• Boxspring model: Always use an original and approved mattress from Tobi GmbH & Co.KG measuring 89cm x 49.5cm with a maximum thickness of 6cm.
• Boxspring XXL model: Always use an original and approved mattress from Tobi GmbH & Co.KG measuring 105cm x 57.5cm with a maximum thickness of 6 cm.
Safety rail
For cleaning the “painted” babybays, wiping with a slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- You can remove the mattress cover and wash it at 40°C. The mattress core and the bumper pads are hand washable up to 30°C.
- Ensure that the mattress core is thoroughly dried after washing. The coconut mattress core is not washable.
- Regularly turn and air your mattress to avoid mould stains.
- We only accept warranty claims if the above care instructions have been followed.

Mattress
Never use more than one mattress in the cot (crib and hanging cradle).
Ensure that the cot (crib and hanging cradle) is not placed near open flames or strong heat sources, e.g. electric heaters, gas stoves, etc.
Bumper pads
WARNING! Ensure that the fastenings (e.g. ties) remain securely attached to the cot.
WARNING! Remove bumper pads as soon as the child can sit unaided. Once children can sit or stand upright without help, they often use the bumper pads as climbing frames, which can lead to falls from the cot.
WARNING! Keep away from fire.
WARNING! Keep plastic packaging away from children to prevent suffocation.
• Check if it is possible to fasten all cords to the cot.
• The bumper pads must be tied to the slats with the cords.
• Do not use bumper pads if there are any signs of damage.
