Safe & close to the parents' bed
If your little one wants to be soothed or nursed at night, you can have them very close to your bed with the Babybay co-sleeper Original - White lacquered. The height of the crib is infinitely adjustable so that it is flush with your bed. This means you can comfortably take your little one over to you. With a lying surface of 81 × 43 cm, it has plenty of space in its own sleeping area.
To prevent the crib from slipping away, you can easily attach it to your bed without tools using the included adjustable mounting brackets. When it is no longer needed as a co-sleeper, it can easily be converted: Whether as a play table, bench or with optionally available accessories as a high chair, playpen and much more, the Babybay Original continues to cut a fine figure. Made from solid, antibacterial beech wood from local forests, it is robust and will provide loyal service for a long time.

The babybay mattress Klima Wave for co-sleeper Original - White turns your co-sleeper into a dreamy feel-good sleeping paradise for your little one. Softly bedded on the open-pored, moisture-regulating comfort foam core, the sleeping climate remains very pleasant. The climate channels support breathability, while the wave contour provides additional horizontal ventilation and increases lying comfort.
The cover impresses with its cute star quilting, which allows the mattress to hug your baby and adapt to their body shape. If a mishap happens during the night, the Klima Wave won't mind at all: The hygienic cover is equipped with a moisture protection function. This keeps the mattress inside dry and protected.
The cover can be removed for cleaning and machine washed at 60°C on a gentle cycle. Production in accordance with the latest DIN EN 16890 standard and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification guarantee safe use.

From co-sleeper to bassinet
The closing rail for the Original & Midi co-sleeper in white paint transforms your co-sleeper into a bassinet. It can be used to securely close the open side so that your little one lies safely in the crib and cannot fall out. Once your little one has fallen asleep, the co-sleeper can be silently detached from the bed and the rail attached. This way, your baby won't wake up. With the separately available castors, the bassinet can be moved to any room.
To attach the rail, simply snap it into the lying surface and lock it in place at the top with the two spring-loaded clips. Like the babybay co-sleeper itself, the rail can be infinitely adjusted. The locking rail is made of antibacterial, antistatic, natural solid beech wood from local, sustainably managed forests.

WARNING - Placing additional objects inside the product may lead to choking.
WARNING - Do not place the product near another product that could pose a choking or risk of strangulation hazard, e.g. cords, roller/blind cords, etc.
WARNING - Do not use more than one mattress in the product.
WARNING - To avoid the risk of strangulation for your child, the connection system with the adult bed must always be kept away from and outside the cot.
WARNING - If the baby becomes too agile, we recommend using the optional closure gate.
WARNING - babybay must never be used unattached from the parents' bed without the optional closure gate.

• Beech wood is a natural product; it is individual and unique in its colour and structure.
Therefore, colour variations may occur even within one product. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause deviations in the product’s colour tones.

• Bedding and soft blankets can pose a choking hazard for newborns. Avoid placing pillows or similar items under the newborn to provide better comfort during sleep.

Babybay may only be used again after proper repair.
• Only original connection systems approved by Tobi GmbH & Co.KG for this model may be used.
• Side beds must never be used in an inclined position.
• To prevent the risk of external suffocation caused by entrapment, the side bed must be securely attached to the adult bed using the connection system.
• There must never be a gap between the babybay mattress and the adult bed mattress.
• Check the condition of the connection system before each use by pulling the side bed away from the adult bed.
• Do NOT use babybay if there is a gap between the side bed and the adult bed.
• Gaps should not be closed with pillows, blankets, or other objects.
• Original model: Always use an original and approved mattress from Tobi GmbH & Co.KG with the dimensions 81cm x 41.5cm and a maximum thickness of 5cm.
• Maxi model: Always use an original and approved mattress from Tobi GmbH & Co.KG with the dimensions 89cm x 49.5cm and a maximum thickness of 6cm.
Closure gate
For cleaning the “painted” babybay, wiping with a slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Do not use abrasive cleaners under any circumstances.
- You can remove the mattress cover and wash it at 40°C. The mattress core and nest bumpers are washable by hand up to 30°C.
- Ensure the mattress core is thoroughly dried after washing. The coconut mattress core is not washable.
- Regularly turn and air your mattress to avoid mildew.
- Warranties are only granted if the above care instructions have been followed.
- Babybay must be placed on a level surface.
- Ensure small children do not play unattended near babybay.
- Never leave your baby lying or sleeping unattended in babybay.
- When using the roller set, ensure the brake wheels are locked when the child is unattended in the bassinet.
- Babybay must be attached to the parents' bed with the designated holders.
- When the child can sit up, kneel, or pull themselves up, babybay must no longer be used for sleeping for that child.
- All fittings must always be properly secured.
- Screws must not be loose as the child could get trapped or clothing items (e.g. cords, necklaces, ribbons for pacifiers, etc.) could get caught, creating a risk of strangulation.
- Babybay must not be used if any part is broken, torn off, or missing until proper repair has been carried out.

Ensure the cot (crib and hanging cradle) is not placed near open flames or strong heat sources, e.g. electric heaters, gas stoves, etc.
Nest bumper
WARNING! Ensure the fastening (e.g. ties) remains securely attached to the cot.
WARNING! Remove the nest bumper as soon as the child can sit unaided. Once children can sit or stand upright without help, they often use the nest bumper as a climbing frame, which can lead to falls from the cot.
WARNING! Keep away from fire.
WARNING! Keep plastic packaging away from children to avoid suffocation.
• Check whether it is possible to attach all cords to the cot.
• The nest bumper must be attached to the slats with the cords.
