Safe & close to the parents' bed
With the babybay co-sleeper Boxspring Comfort Plus - slate gray lacquered, your little one is very close to you at night and still has its own safe place to sleep. The integrated safety gate offers even more safety and prevents your baby from rolling out. The roll-out protection can be attached at 5 different heights with just one movement. When the rail is lowered, it is flush with the top edge of the baby mattress, allowing for a seamless level with the parents' bed. With the separately available castors, the Boxspring Comfort Plus can be transformed into a practical daytime bassinet in no time at all.
The lying surface is infinitely height-adjustable and can be adapted exactly to the mattress of the box spring bed. This means that the crib is flush with you at the same height, with no gap or step between you. This means you can easily reach your little one at any time or pick them up without having to get up.
Well thought-out & long-lasting use
To prevent the crib from slipping away, you can attach it to your box spring bed in one easy step and without any tools using the included mounting brackets. Thanks to its high design, it fits perfectly on high, frameless box-spring beds. When it is no longer needed as a co-sleeper, the babybay Boxspring Comfort Plus can be easily converted: It continues to cut a fine figure as a bench, play table or, with separately available accessories, as a bassinet and much more. Made from solid, naturally antibacterial beech wood from local forests, it is robust and will provide faithful service for a long time.

WARNINGS & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
WARNING - Read the operating instructions before using this product.
WARNING - Stop using this product as soon as the child can sit or kneel or pull themselves up. For further use, we recommend the optional cot extension.
WARNING - Only mattresses and accessories approved by Tobi GmbH & Co.KG for this model may be used.
WARNING - Placing additional objects inside the product can lead to choking.
WARNING - Do not place the product near another product that could pose a choking or risk of strangulation, e.g. cords, roller/blind cords, etc.
WARNING - Do not use more than one mattress in the product.
WARNING - To avoid the risk of strangulation for your child, the connection system with the adult bed must always be kept away from and outside the cot.
WARNING - If the baby becomes too agile, we recommend using the optional safety gate.
DANGER – Always use the fold-down side in the highest position when the bedside cot is not attached to the adult bed.
WARNING – To avoid hazards from catching the child’s neck on the upper rail of the side panel located on the adult bed, the rail and the bedside cot mattress must be at the same height as the adult bed mattress. If the rail is higher than the adult bed mattress, the top of the rail and the surface of the bedside cot mattress must have a height difference of at least 200mm.
WARNING – Never leave your baby lying or sleeping unattended.
• For domestic use only, babybay must be placed on a level floor.
• Ensure that small children do not play unsupervised near babybay.
• All mounting fittings must be properly tightened; check for any loose screws where the child’s body parts or clothing (e.g. cords, necklaces, ribbons for pacifiers, etc.) could get caught, posing a risk of strangulation.
• Never place babybay near open flames or other strong heat sources such as electric heaters, gas stoves, etc.
• For care of the “lacquered” babybay, wiping with a slightly damp cloth is sufficient.
Do not use abrasive cleaners under any circumstances.
• The mattress cover can be removed and cleaned according to the instructions.
The mattress core is not washable.
• Turn and air your mattress regularly to prevent mould stains.
• We only provide warranties if the above care instructions have been followed.
• Use only spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
Do not attach any accessories to the product that were not supplied by the manufacturer.
• Do not adjust the height of the cot with the child inside.
• Do not adjust the cot while the child is inside.
• Beech wood is a natural product; it is individual and unique in its colour and structure.
Therefore, colour differences may occur even within one product. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause variations in the product’s colour tones.
• Ensure during use that bedding, blankets, etc. do not enter the cot.
• Bedding and soft blankets can pose a choking hazard for newborns. Avoid placing pillows or similar items under the newborn to provide better comfort during sleep.
• Do NOT use babybay if any part is missing, damaged or broken. If necessary, contact Tobi GmbH & Co.KG regarding spare parts and instructions. DO NOT use makeshift parts.
The babybay may only be used again after proper repair.
• Only original connection systems approved by Tobi GmbH & Co.KG for this model may be used.
• Bedside cots must never be used in an inclined position.
• To prevent a risk of external suffocation caused by trapping, the bedside cot must be securely attached to the adult bed using the connection system.
• There must never be a gap between the babybay mattress and the adult bed mattress.
• Check the fastening condition of the connection system before each use by pulling the bedside cot away from the adult bed in one direction.
• Do NOT use babybay if there is a gap between the bedside cot and the adult bed.
• Gaps should not be closed with pillows, blankets or other objects.
• Model Boxspring Comfort Plus: Always use an original and approved mattress from Tobi GmbH & Co.KG with the dimensions 89cm x 49.5cm and a maximum thickness of 6 cm.
Remove all bags and packaging materials before use.
