Safe & close to the parents' bed
With the babybay co-sleeper Original incl. free mattress Classic Soft - White lacquered, your little one is very close to you at night and still has their own safe place to sleep. The lying surface is infinitely height-adjustable and can be adapted exactly to the mattress of the parents' bed. This means that the crib is flush with you at the same height, with no gap or step between you. This means you can easily reach your little one at any time or take them to you without having to get up.
Well thought-out & long-lasting use
To prevent the crib from slipping away, you can attach it to your bed in one easy step and without any tools using the included mounting brackets - whether on narrow or wide bed frames. When it is no longer needed as a co-sleeper, the babybay Original can be easily converted: As a bench, play table or with separately available accessories as a bassinet, high chair, playpen and much more, it continues to cut a fine figure. Made from solid, naturally antibacterial beech wood from local forests, it is robust and will provide faithful service for a long time.

WARNING - Read the operating instructions before using this product.
WARNING - Stop using this product as soon as the child can sit or kneel or pull themselves up. For further use, we recommend the optional cot extension.
WARNING - Only mattresses and accessories approved by Tobi GmbH & Co.KG for this model may be used.
WARNING - Placing additional objects in the product may cause suffocation.
WARNING - Do not place the product near another product that could pose a choking or strangulation hazard, e.g. cords, roller/blind cords, etc.
WARNING - Do not use more than one mattress in the product.
WARNING - To avoid the risk of strangulation for your child, the connection system with the adult bed must always be kept away from and outside the cot.
WARNING - If the baby becomes too agile, we recommend using the optional safety rail.
WARNING - babybay must never be used unattached from the parents' bed without the optional safety rail.
WARNING – never leave your baby lying or sleeping unattended.

• Babybay must be placed on a level surface.
• Ensure that small children do not play unattended near babybay.
• All assembly fittings must be properly tightened; check for any loose screws where the child could get caught with body parts or clothing (e.g. cords, necklaces, ribbons for pacifiers, etc.) and thus risk strangulation.
• Never place babybay near open flames or other strong heat sources such as electric heaters, gas stoves, etc.
• To care for the "painted" babybay, wiping with a slightly damp cloth is sufficient.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners under any circumstances.
• The mattress cover can be removed and cleaned according to the instructions. The mattress core is not washable.
• Regularly turn and air your mattress to prevent mould stains.
• We only accept warranty claims if the care instructions described above have been followed.
• Only use spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
Do not attach any accessories to the product that were not supplied by the manufacturer.
• Do not adjust the height of the cot with the child inside.
• Do not adjust the cot while the child is inside.
• Beech wood is a natural product, unique and individual in its colouring and structure.
Therefore, colour differences may occur even within one product. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause variations in the product’s colour tones.
• During use, ensure that bedding, blankets, etc. do not get into the cot.
• Bedding and soft blankets can pose a choking hazard for newborns. Avoid placing pillows or similar items under the newborn to provide better comfort during sleep.
• Do NOT use babybay if any part is missing, damaged or broken. Contact Tobi GmbH & Co.KG for spare parts and instructions if necessary. Do NOT use makeshift parts.
The babybay may only be used again after proper repair.
• Only use original connection systems approved by Tobi GmbH & Co.KG for this model.
• Bedside cots must never be used in an inclined position.
• To prevent the risk of external suffocation due to trapping, the bedside cot must be securely attached to the adult bed using the connection system.
• There must never be a gap between the babybay mattress and the adult bed mattress.
• Check the fastening condition of the connection system before each use by pulling the bedside cot away from the adult bed.
• Do NOT use babybay if there is a gap between the bedside cot and the adult bed.
• Gaps should not be filled with pillows, blankets or other objects.
• Model Original: Always use an original and approved mattress from Tobi GmbH & Co.KG measuring 81cm x 41.5cm with a maximum thickness of 5cm.
• Model Maxi: Always use an original and approved mattress from Tobi GmbH & Co.KG measuring 89cm x 49.5cm with a maximum thickness of 6cm.
Mattress
Never use more than one mattress in the cot (crib and hanging cradle).
Ensure that the cot (crib and hanging cradle) is not placed near open flames or strong heat sources such as electric heaters, gas stoves, etc.
Remove all bags and packaging materials before use.
