To use this Joie child restraint system with ISOFIX connectors according to UN Regulation No.129, your child must meet the following requirements: Rear-facing: Child height 61-105 cm / maximum child weight 19 kg
Forward-facing: Child height 76-105 cm / child age at least 15 months / maximum child weight 19 kg
! IMPORTANT - DO NOT USE FORWARD-FACING WHILE YOUR CHILD IS YOUNGER THAN 15 MONTHS (follow instructions)
! Ensure that the seat is securely connected to the vehicle via the ISOFIX connectors, that the support leg is firmly placed on the vehicle floor, and that the seat belts fit snugly against your child’s body and are not twisted.
! After placing your child in the seat, the safety belt must be fastened correctly.
The lap belt should run as low as possible to securely fix the pelvis.
! DO NOT use this child restraint system after it has been involved in an accident.
Replace it immediately, as it may have invisible structural damage from the accident.
! You must NOT modify this child restraint system or use it together with parts from other manufacturers. Follow the instructions and warnings in this manual, otherwise your child is at risk of serious or even fatal injuries.
! Please protect the child restraint system from direct sunlight. In high outside temperatures and when stored in the vehicle, ensure before use that the surfaces have not become too hot before placing your child in the seat.
! NEVER leave your child unattended in this child restraint system.
! Do NOT place unsecured objects in your vehicle, as these may be thrown around during sharp turns, sudden braking or accidents and injure occupants.

Do NOT use this child restraint system without the textiles.
! The textiles may only be replaced by parts recommended by the manufacturer, as they are an integral part of the child restraint system’s safety concept.
! NEVER install this child restraint system rear-facing on a vehicle seat with an active front airbag.
! Please ensure before purchasing this child restraint system that you can properly secure it in your vehicle.
! NO child restraint system can guarantee complete protection against injury in an accident.
However, the correct use of this child restraint system reduces the risk of serious or fatal injuries to your child.
! Before installation and use of this child restraint system, ensure that you have read and understood the instructions and warnings in this manual as well as in your vehicle’s user manual.
! Do NOT use this child restraint system if it is damaged or parts are missing.
! Ensure your child is appropriately dressed when using this child restraint system (especially no excessively thick or padded clothing); otherwise your child cannot be reliably secured! At low temperatures, preferably use a blanket to cover the already buckled child.
! Do NOT leave this child restraint system unsecured in your vehicle, as an unsecured child restraint system may be thrown around during sharp turns, sudden braking or accidents and injure occupants.
! NEVER use a second-hand child restraint system whose history you do not know; it may have hidden structural damage (hairline cracks) that could endanger your child.
! NEVER use ropes or other items to secure the child restraint system in your vehicle or your child’s seat.

! Ensure that the child restraint system is installed so that it does not collide with movable seats or vehicle doors.
! For questions about care, repair and spare parts, please contact your specialist dealer.
! Remove the child restraint system from the car if used irregularly and store it in a dry, sun-protected place.
! The parts of the child restraint system must not be oiled.
! ALWAYS secure your child in the child restraint system when travelling.
This applies to every journey, no matter how short. Many accidents happen on short trips.
! Regularly check the ISOFIX anchors and remove any dirt or dust to ensure proper fixation.
! DO NOT use any other or additional padding in this child restraint system than those supplied by the manufacturer. 

Remove all bags and packaging materials before use.
