PureLan consists of pure lanolin (medical grade wool wax). Lanolin is hypoallergenic and free of preservatives, fragrances or other additives. So you can breastfeed your darling without having to remove the nipple cream first. Purelan can store more than twice its weight in water and naturally supports the moisture balance of the skin.
