Multiple Hazard Points & a Coordinated Safety Set
This Reer safety set combines various solutions for childproofing the home. Included are an oven safety lock, 4 corner protectors, a furniture anti-tip strap with 2 bands, 5 socket covers and a two-part finger pinch guard. This allows you to specifically secure different areas in the kitchen and living rooms and reduce risks from an open oven door, sharp furniture edges, tipping furniture, accessible sockets and door hinges.
Secure Oven Door & Hot Areas
The Reer oven safety lock locks the oven door, making it difficult for children to access the hot interior. Adults can operate the double release mechanism with one hand. Heat-resistant 3M VHB adhesive tape is used for attachment, so no drilling is required and the lock can be removed residue-free if needed. The variable rotation direction allows it to be adapted to many ovens and different knob arrangements.
Reduce Furniture Corner & Tipping Risks
The 4 corner protectors help reduce the risk of bumps and bruises on sharp furniture edges. They are made of BPA-free plastic and are attached to suitable smooth surfaces with the included adhesive pads. Additionally, the anti-tip strap secures furniture such as dressers or cabinets to the wall. The 2 straps are infinitely adjustable and can be screwed or glued depending on the application. Mounting materials including a self-drilling hook for drywall are included.
Protect Sockets & Power Sources
The 5 white socket covers are designed for 230 V Schuko sockets and block direct access to the socket. They are pushed on without tools and can be removed by plugging in a plug. The heat-resistant and impact-resistant plastic is designed for multiple uses, so the covers can also be used on other sockets if needed.
Protect Door Hinges & Little Fingers
The finger pinch guard covers the contact zone between the door leaf and frame on the hinge side, reducing the risk of pinched fingers. The system consists of 2 parts for the inside and outside of the door and is 120 cm high. Installation is self-adhesive and drill-free. The pinch guard is made of sturdy plastic and is designed for door thicknesses of 5 cm.

• Childcare facilities are strongly advised to nail or screw the strips at intervals of 30 cm. Do not use on fire doors!
• Please check regularly whether the pinch protection strips still adhere well.
• Do not use if signs of defects are present.
• A door fitted with a pinch protection strip can be opened up to 110 degrees. If the door has a larger opening angle, please use a door stopper to avoid damage to door and door frame.
