How can I redeem a voucher?

Every voucher contains a code. To redeem it, you need to enter your code. You can do this in your cart or at the end of the order process. You can also change vouchers into bonus points within your account.

How do I redeem bonus points?

In order to redeem bonus points you need to be logged. You then can cash in your bonus points within your cart or at the end of the order process.

Do I have to register to be able to order?

No, you can order as a guest. If you register, you can conveniently save your address without retyping it each time. On top of that, you can collect bonus points and check the status of your order in your account.

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU). Please consider the different shipping costs and times.

Can I use a different delivery address?

Yes, except if you want to pay using Klarna. In this case, the delivery address needs to match your billing address due to liability. It is not possible to change the delivery address after your order has been placed.

What does "Ship goods in stock immediately" mean?

This option is shown if you put items in your cart that we currently do not have in stock. If you choose this option, we will sent out all the items of your order that we currently have in stock. All other ordered products will be sent in a second parcel with a later delivery date. Whether this option is free of charge or not, depends on the product value and delivery address.

Can I save the products in my cart and order later?

If you are registered and logged in, your cart will be saved within in your account. With an account you have access to your cart with your cell phone and all your other devices.
Without an account your cart will be saved for 14 days in your browser cookie. If you switch browsers or devices, your cart will be empty.
