How can I collect points??

You need a free customer account where we can credit your collected points. From then on, you will automatically collect points with every purchase you make using your customer account.

What do I get points for?

You collect points for every item you purchase in the shop. Example for Gold Members: The value of the points corresponds to 3% of the item price. For example, if you purchase a stroller for €100, you will receive 300 bonus points worth €3. The points will be credited as soon as we ship the goods.

How long are the bonus points valid?

Bonus points are valid for 12 months from the moment they are credited. After that, they expire and can no longer be redeemed.

How much are the bonus points worth?

1 bonus point is equal to 1 cent. So, for 1,000 bonus points, you get a 10€ discount.

When will the bonus points be credited?

One day after your order has been shipped, you can view the bonus points in your account.

How can I redeem my points?

You must be logged in when placing your order. Then, during the final step of the ordering process, you can click on “Redeem bonus points” under the payment methods. The selected bonus points will then be deducted from the order value immediately.

What happens when I return an item?

If you return an item under your right of withdrawal, the bonus points you received for that item will be deducted from your account.

Where can I see my bonus point balance?

You can view your current points balance and all additions and deductions at any time in your customer account.

What happens if I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Signing up for the newsletter is a prerequisite for Gold Member membership. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, but you will lose your Gold status and all associated benefits.
