The Salsa 5 Run jogger from ABC Design is made for sporty families - with sports approval, pneumatic tires & handbrake. As soon as your child can sit, they can take a seat in the Salsa Run sports seat and accompany you on your daily running sessions or skating tours. The Salsa 5 Run can be used from birth in the carrycot, which is available separately from us.

What's new about the Salsa Run in the 2025 collection?

The Salsa 5 Run now boasts many new, practical features. With the optimized folding system (Quick-Fold) of the carrycot, you can now easily fold it at the bottom without having to remove the mattress. The canopy can be easily adjusted thanks to the practical one-hand operation, even when you are holding your baby in your arms. The new soft, breathable comfort seat insert offers additional comfort, while the ventilation window made of fine mesh fabric integrated into the backrest ensures optimum air circulation and a pleasant seat climate. The newly designed safety bar with two attachment points offers space for accessories such as cup holders or lights, which can be attached securely and used flexibly with just one click.

Comfortable & convertible sports seat

The padded sports seat can be repositioned, meaning you can choose whether your child can look into your familiar face or discover the world. The smart 5-point harness system is particularly easy to adjust thanks to the stepless, front-accessible harness adjustment. The comfortably padded shoulder straps protrude slightly from the backrest, making it much easier to place your baby in the seat. The practical magnetic fastener with quick-release mechanism makes buckling up even easier. You can adjust the backrest to a flat reclining position so that your child can take a restful nap on the go. The footrest is height-adjustable and washable. The large, fold-out canopy with UV protection 50+ is water-repellent and protects your child from the sun's rays and rain. You can always keep an eye on your child through the mesh viewing and ventilation window. The safety bar can be opened for getting in and out or removed completely.

Practical functions for big & small

Of course, the Salsa 5 Run also has some convenient highlights for parents: the height of the buckling push bar is adjustable and can therefore be quickly adapted to your child's height. There is a lockable handbrake on the push handle, which makes downhill rides even safer. Powerful disc brakes, a wrist strap and reflective strips round off the safety features for your baby. The three large, removable pneumatic wheels with lockable front wheel, wheel suspension and ball bearings ensure a smooth ride even on uneven terrain. Everything you need on the go can be stored in the spacious shopping basket. The Salsa 5 Run can easily be folded compactly for transportation - even with a pushchair attachment. This makes the jogger the ideal companion for everyday use and when traveling, whether in the city or off the beaten track.

Note: You can combine the Salsa 5 Run with many infant car seats and car seats using separately available adapters (in our store). This offers the advantage that you don't have to wake your baby to go shopping, for example, but simply click the infant car seat onto the baby carriage frame.
