The combination stroller Samba 2 - incl. carrycot and sports seat from ABC Design is a very well-equipped all-rounder on 4 wheels. It is super lightweight and offers a very wide range of uses thanks to its all-terrain tyres with air chamber wheels. Thanks to the extremely small folded size, you can even fit it into a small boot. You can conveniently fold it with the seat left on the frame. Despite its compactness, it offers the same comfort as the other models.

What is new about the Samba in the 2025 collection?

The Samba 2 now impresses with many new practical features. With the innovative Quick-Fold folding mechanism, you can now fold the carrycot even faster from the outside via sliders on the base and store it space-savingly. The sun canopy can also be easily adjusted thanks to the new memory function: you release the canopy mounts one after the other and adjust it effortlessly. It now offers a new extra-large sun canopy with UPF 50+ and fold-out sun visor, which can be pulled down further than ever before – perfect for generous shade, e.g. at the beach, or as a practical sleeping canopy. Thanks to the new innovative HappyBelt® 5-point harness system with magnetic closure in the sports seat, which can be continuously adjusted and offers padded shoulder straps for more comfort, getting in and out is also significantly easier. Additional comfort is provided by the new soft, breathable comfort seat insert, while the ventilation window made of fine mesh fabric integrated into the backrest ensures optimal air circulation and a pleasant sitting climate. The newly designed bumper bar with two attachment points offers space for accessories such as cup holders or lights, which can be securely attached with one click and used flexibly. With the privacy-protected shopping basket of the Samba 2, you can now store your shopping safely and discreetly. Thanks to the practical cover, which can be conveniently opened and closed via two zippers, the contents are protected from prying eyes and unauthorised access. Compared to the previous model, which was completely open, the Samba 2 thus offers more safety and comfort when transporting your shopping.

Cosy carrycot for newborns

The carrycot is equipped with the particularly high-quality, soft and ergonomic CozyCloud mattress and cradles your newborn very comfortably. An extra plus in comfort is the adjustable lying surface, which you can fold up at the rear of the carrycot. The new organiser is stored in the front area. This offers space for your mobile phone, a wallet and much more. You can also remove the small bag and attach it to the pushbar.

The new CozyCloud mattress was specially developed for use in the carrycot for newborns. So you can be sure that your baby will have a healthy and restful sleep. The mattress ensures an excellent sleeping climate. It features breathable cold foam with vertical air channels. The adapted firmness ensures optimal lying comfort from head to spine. The wedge-shaped head end supports the head slightly raised and thus promotes a healthy sleeping position. All materials are allergy-friendly and undergo strict quality controls.

Your baby is protected by the matching carrycot cover and a large canopy. The canopy is equipped with UV protection 50+. For warm days, there is a ventilation window (made of particularly fine mesh) integrated both in the canopy and at the head end of the carrycot. This ensures the carrycot is always pleasantly ventilated and prevents heat build-up.

If the stroller is too bulky for your next restaurant visit, simply remove the carrycot and carry it by hand using the sturdy carrying handle. The practical memory function makes this particularly comfortable and even safer: you can unlock the mounts one after the other, so you always have one hand free to hold the carrying handle. If you have little space for transport in the car, you can simply fold the carrycot.

Compact and very comfortable sports stroller

You can attach the sports seat to the frame in both directions. This way, you can keep a close eye on your little one at the beginning, and they can look at your familiar face. Later, curious explorers face forward and discover the world. That makes them tired, so the backrest and footrest are adjustable in several positions. In a completely flat lying position, a well-deserved nap can be taken.

Safety is ensured by a padded 5-point harness and a bumper bar. The magnetic HappyBelt® 5-point harness system securely holds your child and grows with them. Practical: for easy access, you can simply fold up or completely remove the bar. The large canopy with fold-out sun visor protects against wind and weather. With UV protection 50+, it reliably protects your child’s sensitive skin. The canopy hides an additional fold-out sun visor. Thanks to the mesh fabric viewing and ventilation window, you can always keep an eye on your child.

Also ideal for tall parents

Comfortably accommodated, the tour can begin. The Samba 2 also has a few highlights for parents. The pushbar is height-adjustable and allows mum and dad to stroll in a comfortable posture. The Samba is also suitable for tall parents. Since there is no rear axle between the rear wheels and the parking brake is on the right rear wheel, it offers particularly plenty of legroom.

This also makes the Samba 2 lighter and at the same time provides additional space in the large shopping basket. Here you can store bulky and heavy items and save strength and nerves. At the front of the crossbar of the basket, you have a practical universal mount. You can attach a separately available stroller light here and thus be safer in twilight or in the evening.

Great driving comfort and small folded size

The Samba 2 rides on large, optimised all-terrain air chamber wheels. Puncture-proof and smooth-running, the 4 wheels curve through narrow city passages and bumpy forest paths. On particularly uneven terrain, you lock the front wheel so it doesn’t block and you can move forward quickly. Besides the soft wheels, the integrated suspension in the frame dampens small and large shocks. The suspension has been optimised to now allow even smoother driving comfort.

After the tour, you fold the stroller quickly and easily. The special feature of the ABC Design Samba is that you can simply leave the seat mounted when folding. For an especially small folded size, you can also remove the wheels. This is super easy at the push of a button. This way, you can fit the Samba even into the smallest boot.

Compatible with many infant car seats

You can combine the Samba 2 with many car seats. This offers the advantage that you don’t have to wake your baby after a car ride. You simply click the car seat onto the stroller frame and you’re done. You can choose between the Tulip infant car seat from ABC Design and infant car seats from the manufacturers Maxi-Cosi, Cybex or Joie.
