The Twin from Circle by ABC-Design is a compact sibling and twin stroller that you can fold easily and small. You bring the two seat units independently of each other in a comfortable reclining position. So one child can sit and the other sleep. For a good ride provide the spring-loaded all-terrain tires in whitewall optics.
