Affordable all-rounder in the ABC-Design world
With the combi stroller Vicon 4 - incl. carrycot and sports seat - Classic Edition - Lake, ABC Design has created an affordable entry into its product world. In the Vicon 4 your little one travels with plenty of comfort. Thanks to its large, manoeuvrable wheels, it easily accompanies you through narrow city streets but also safely over forest and field paths. This makes the Vicon 4 the ideal choice if you like to be flexible on the go. The spacious carrycot provides security from birth. The functional sports seat accompanies you up to toddler age.
WITH FREE XXL ACCESSORY SET FROM ZAMBOO: When you purchase this stroller set, we gift you one of our popular XXL accessory sets. The set includes everything you need – rain cover for carrycot and stroller, a universally usable insect net and a large sun canopy.
How does the Vicon 4 differ from other ABC Design combi strollers?
The ABC Design Vicon was deliberately designed as a more affordable combi variant. However, the differences to other ABC Design models are very small: the folded size is slightly larger, so you need to plan a little more space in your boot. The head area of the carrycot cannot be folded up, unlike some new combi stroller models from 2023. On the other hand, the Vicon 4 is a true lightweight among the ABC Design combi strollers, which makes it particularly manoeuvrable.
- Recommended age: from birth up to toddler age (max. load 22 kg + 5 kg in shopping basket)
- Use: suitable for city and off-road (field and forest paths)
- Features: carrycot with ergonomic overnight mattress & large, fold-out sun canopy with UV protection 50+ plus two ventilation windows, sports seat with flat reclining position, 5-point harness system, removable safety bar, good suspension, height-adjustable handlebar, reversible sports seat
- Special features: swivel airless front wheels for dynamic driving comfort, extra lightweight design
Cosy carrycot for newborns
The extra-large carrycot is equipped with an ergonomic overnight mattress and cradles your newborn softly and comfortably. Air holes in the foam of the mattress guarantee pleasant ventilation. At the head end, the wedge shape protects the little head and supports it elevated. It is protected in the carrycot by the matching cover and a large hood.
The hood is equipped with UV protection 50+. For warm days, two individually usable ventilation windows are integrated to avoid heat build-up and to give a view of your baby. If the stroller is too bulky for your next restaurant visit, simply remove the carrycot and carry it by hand using the sturdy carrying handle. If you have little space for transport in the car, you can easily fold the carrycot.
Next up, the comfortable sports seat
As soon as your child can sit, you attach the sports seat. This is quick and easy. Like the carrycot, the seat can be fitted in both directions. This way you have your little one in view and they can look at your familiar face. Curious explorers ride facing forward and discover the world. This makes them tired, so the backrest and footrest are adjustable in multiple positions. In a flat reclining position, a well-deserved nap can be taken.
Safety is ensured by a 5-point harness system and a safety bar. Practical: for easy access, you can simply fold up or completely remove the bar. The large hood protects against wind and weather. Thanks to UV protection 50+, it reliably protects your child’s sensitive skin. Thanks to the mesh viewing and ventilation window, you can keep an eye on your child at all times.
Comfortable pushing in city & country
So that the ride is not only a pleasant experience for your little one but also for you, the Vicon 4 impresses with further features: The handlebar is height-adjustable, allowing mum and dad to stroll in a comfortable posture. Even more relief in everyday life is provided by the super spacious shopping basket. Here you can store bulky and heavy items, saving strength and nerves.
With the swivel and lockable airless front wheels, you master every course and drive just as well over field paths as through narrow streets. The lightweight frame makes turning a breeze. The suspension on the frame and the large air chamber wheels compensate for unevenness and ensure a pleasant, smooth ride on different surfaces. If you take a break on the way, the parking brake reliably secures the stroller from rolling away.
Usable as a Shop’n Drive system
You can still fold the Vicon 4 compactly, even with the sports seat attached. You create additional space by removing the wheels. The transport lock holds it together when lifting. The Vicon 4 can also be combined with many car seats. This offers the advantage that you don’t have to wake your baby after a car ride.
You simply click the car seat onto the stroller frame and you’re done. You have the choice between the infant car seat Tulip from ABC-Design and infant car seats from manufacturers Maxi-Cosi, Cybex or Kiddy. Please note that you need an additional adapter for installation. You can find this in our accessories section.
