The conversion kit for a cot that grows with your child
With the cot conversion kit for your babybay® Original bedside cot, you get a wonderful solution that grows with your child. The conversion kit easily transforms the bedside cot into a full-sized cot that can be used for many years. The flexible height adjustment allows you to customise the lying surface to the age and needs of your child. The cot complies with the strict safety standards DIN EN 716-1 and EN 71-3, so you don’t have to worry.
Made from solid beech wood, which has antibacterial properties and comes from sustainably managed forests, the cot is not only particularly sturdy but also environmentally friendly. Thanks to its multifunctionality, it can continue to be used as a bedside cot or serve as a cosy children's sofa. The removable side rail and removable slats provide additional flexibility and comfort.

WARN- & SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
- For the care of the „varnished“ babybay, wiping with a slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Under no circumstances use abrasive cleaners.
- You can remove the mattress cover and wash it at 40°C. The mattress core and the bumpers can be hand washed up to 30°C.
- Ensure that the mattress core is thoroughly dried after washing. The coconut mattress core is not washable.
- Turn and air your mattress regularly to prevent mould.
- Warranties will only be granted if the care instructions described above have been observed.
- babybay must be placed on a level surface.
- Ensure that small children do not play unsupervised near babybay.
- Never leave your baby unattended lying or sleeping in babybay.
- When using the castor set, ensure that the brake castors are engaged when the child is unattended in the cot.
- Babybay must be attached to the parents' bed with the holders provided for this purpose.
- When the child can sit up, kneel, or pull themselves up, babybay must no longer be used for sleeping for this child.
- All fittings must always be properly secured.
- Screws must not be loose, as the child could get caught on them or clothing items (e.g., cords, necklaces, or ribbons for pacifiers, etc.) could get caught, creating a risk of strangulation.
- Babybay must not be used if any part is broken, torn off, or missing until proper repair has been carried out.
- Only mattresses and accessories approved by Tobi GmbH & Co.KG may be used.
- Never place babybay near open flames or other strong heat sources such as electric heaters, gas ovens, etc.
Remove all bags and packaging materials before use.
