Safe travel in the reboarder from 6 months to 4 years
In the PearlPro 2 i-Size reboarder child car seat from Maxi-Cosi, your child can travel rear-facing in the car from 6 months to around 4 years of age (67 - 105 cm). From 15 months, you can also install the child car seat facing forward. The Pearl Pro² i-Size is attached to the FamilyFix3 base (available separately from us) with just one click. It complies with the latest European i-Size safety standard, so offers improved safety performance and allows rear-facing travel up to the age of 4, a driving position recommended as safer for children.
The Easy-in harness allows quick entry and exit as the 5-point safety harness remains open. The headrest height and harness system are easily adjustable to the size of your child. The PearlPro 2 i-Size offers a comfortable recline position in 4 positions for restful naps on the go, whether rearward or forward facing. Children up to 84 cm (2 years) enjoy maximum comfort thanks to the integrated, padded cushion with winter and summer sides. The seat unit made of high-density foam and soft padding guarantees maximum seating comfort. The car seat cover is easily removable and machine washable for easy cleaning.

Pearl Pro² i-Size is a child car seat that complies with the EU regulation R129 i-Size in force since July 2013. i-Size aims to improve the safety of children in vehicles and provides for the use of UNIVERSAL ISOFIX child seats, rearward-facing transport of children up to 15 months of age, and optimisation of head and neck protection. This child seat is part of the 3WayFamily and provides a complete mobility solution from birth to about 4 years. More information about i-Size can be found on the website www.maxi-cosi.com

Position of your car seat: forward and rearward facing
It is mandatory to install the Pearl Pro 2 i-Size on the special Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix3-
base. Please ensure that you carefully read the manual for this base.
Use the child car seat exclusively in vehicles.
• The child seat has been designed for intensive use over a period of about 12 years.
• The seat insert belonging to your Pearl Pro² i-Size is an integral part of the child seat for safe use with a body height of 67–84 cm. The seat insert can be removed for washing, but care must be taken that the seat is not used without the seat insert and that only the official Maxi-Cosi Pearl Pro² i-Size seat insert is used. This seat insert is exclusively intended for use with the Pearl Pro² seat.
• If your child is between 67 and 105 cm tall, attach the Pearl Pro² i-Size rearward-facing on a FamilyFix3 base.
• The Pearl Pro² i-Size may only be attached forward-facing on a FamilyFix3 base if your child is older than 15 months. However, Maxi-Cosi recommends using the Pearl Pro² i-Size rearward-facing for as long as possible.
• Ensure the headrest is adjusted to the correct height.
• Make sure the space between your child and the straps is no more than one finger width (1 cm).
WARNING: When using the Pearl Pro² i-Size rearward-facing, the sleeping position is only permitted for children with a maximum height of 97 cm.
Remove all bags and packaging materials before use.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - Rain Cover
