Within what time frame can I revoke my order?

You can revoke your order within the legal revocation period of 14 days after receiving the product. For details about start and end of the time period see our cancellation policy enclosed in your order confirmation via e-mail.

How do I declare a revocation?

You can use all ways of communication to declare a revocation. However, it is important that you do it in time. Please keep the revocation deadline in mind.

Can I use the product and then revoke the purchase?

You can check out the product as if you were testing it in a physical shop. To test pushchairs, please refrain from doing this outside. Rather test the products on clean surfaces. You can surely understand that we can't resell, e.g., used bibs or pacifiers. If a returned product shows traces of usage, we reserve the right to ask for value replacement.

How do I wrap my return delivery?

Please pack the products safely, so they won't be damaged during shipping. Choose a fitting and robust cardboard box. Please cushion the products with newspapers or other materials if they lay loosely in the box.

How long does it take until I get my money back?

We work on returns as fast as possible. When your package arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it. If everything is in order, we reimburse you the purchase price. We inform you via e-mail. At the latest, you should receive the money 14 days after we've received the returned package.

How can I send back products by freight forwarding (e.g., furniture)?

Please contact us. If applicable, we will organize the pick-up of the package from your address.

How much does it cost to return a product?

For deliveries within Germany, you can get a return label from our return portal. We charge a return fee of €5.90 for this label, which will be retained in the refund. Please use our return label.
For orders outside of Germany, you have to cover the expenses.

How do I get a return label?

For deliveries within Germany, you will receive a return label via our returns portal. Customers outside Germany have to pay the return costs themselves.

What happens with the bonus points I collected if I send back products?

If you revoke your order, the bonus points for the respective products will be subtracted from your accumulated bonus points.

Can I revoke single products of an order?

Yes, you can revoke single items of your order and keep the rest. However, products that belong together (e.g., a high chair set) , need to be send back as a complete set.
