The Samba baby carriage - incl. carrycot, Tulip car seat, sports seat and XXL accessory pack from ABC Design is a very well-equipped all-rounder on 4 wheels. What's new about the Samba in the 2024 collection?
The Samba from the 2023 collection has been further improved this year. The following features are new in 2024: When folding the frame, the seat can now remain on the frame in both directions. Previously, this was only possible in one direction. A practical organizer is now included with every carrycot. You can attach this to the front of the carrycot or to the push handle. In addition, every carrycot is now equipped with the innovative CozyCloud baby carriage mattress. All mesh fabrics on the ventilation openings are now even more finely woven. This gives you a better view of your baby and prevents even the smallest mosquitoes from getting inside. Cuddly carrycot for newborns
The Samba carrycot is equipped with the particularly high-quality, soft and ergonomic CozyCloud mattress and provides a very comfortable bed for your newborn baby. The adjustable lying surface offers extra comfort, which you can fold up at the back of the carrycot. The new organizer is stored in the front section. This offers space for your cell phone, wallet and much more. You can also remove the small bag and attach it to the push bar.
The new CozyCloud mattress has been specially developed for use in the carrycot for newborns. So you can be sure that your baby will have a healthy and restful sleep. The mattress ensures an excellent sleeping climate. It has breathable cold foam with vertical air channels. The adjusted firmness level ensures optimum lying comfort from head to spine. The wedge-shaped head end raises the head slightly and thus supports a healthy sleeping position. All materials are allergy-friendly and are subject to the strictest quality controls.
Your baby is protected by the matching carrycot cover and a large canopy. The canopy is equipped with UV protection 50+. For warm days, there is an integrated ventilation window (made of particularly fine mesh) on the canopy and one at the head end of the carrycot. This means that the carrycot is always pleasantly ventilated and heat build-up is avoided.
If the Samba is too bulky for your next visit to a restaurant, simply remove the carrycot and carry it by hand using the sturdy carrying handle. The practical memory function is particularly convenient and even safer: you can unlock the holders one after the other so that you always have one hand free to hold the carrying handle. If you have little space for transportation in the car, you can simply fold the carrycot.
Moving on in the buggy
As soon as your child can sit, you can attach the carrycot. This is quick and easy. Just like the carrycot, the seat can be attached in both directions. This allows you to keep an eye on your little one and they can look into your familiar face. Curious explorers face forward and explore the world. This makes them tired, which is why the backrest and footrest are multi-adjustable. A well-deserved nap can be taken in a completely flat reclining position.
A padded 5-point harness and a safety bar ensure safety. Practical: For easy access, you can simply unfold the bar or remove it completely. The large canopy protects against wind and weather. The Samba is also suitable for tall parents. New: As it no longer has a rear axle between the rear wheels and the parking brake is located on the right rear wheel, it offers plenty of legroom.

Great ride comfort and small folding size
The Samba rides on large, optimized all-terrain air chamber wheels. The 4 wheels are puncture-proof and smooth-running as they turn through narrow city passages and bumpy forest paths. On particularly uneven terrain, you can lock the front wheel so that it does not lock and you can make rapid progress. In addition to the soft wheels, the suspension integrated into the frame absorbs small and large impacts. New: The suspension has been optimized to provide an even smoother ride.
After the tour, you can fold the stroller quickly and easily. The special feature of the ABC Design Samba is that you can simply leave the seat in place when folding. You can also remove the wheels for a particularly small folding size. This is super easy at the touch of a button. So you can get the Samba into even the smallest trunk.
Tulip infant car seat already included
This set includes the matching Tulip infant car seat (incl. adapter).
The Tulip infant car seat from ABC Design offers your little one optimum protection during the car journey. It also cuts a fine figure on the ABC Design baby carriage. Switching from the car to the baby carriage frame is quick and easy. The car seat complies with the latest i-Size (R129) safety standard and weighs just 3.95 kg.

After the car journey, the infant car seat can be attached to all ABC Design baby carriages in just a few simple steps. The perfect travel system with very little effort. The adapter required for this is included in this set. The base of the infant car seat is slightly rounded. This allows your little one to rock gently and comfortably to sleep.
You can attach the Tulip infant car seat quickly and easily using your car's 3-point belt. As with all infant car seats, it is installed in the opposite direction to the direction of travel.
If you often travel by car, we recommend purchasing the optional Isofix base for the Tulip infant car seat (available separately in our store). With this, you don't have to strap the infant car seat in every time, but simply place it on the Isofix base that is already installed. This saves you a lot of time and effort. It also helps enormously to avoid mistakes when attaching the car seat. A practical color indicator immediately shows you the correct installation.

Never use this carrycot on a stand

• Use only the mattress supplied and do not add an additional mattress in the carrycot.
• Regularly check the carrying straps and base for damage.
• If your carrycot has carrying loops attached, these must not be inside the stroller attachment during use.
• Ensure that your child's head is always positioned higher than the rest of the body.
Baby Car Seat
Do not use the child seat on a seat with an active front airbag.
This is a child restraint system of category i-Size.
It is approved under Regulation No. 129 for use on vehicle seats that are suitable for i-Size restraints according to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions in the vehicle handbook.
If in doubt, consult the child restraint system manufacturer or retailer. It is suitable for babies and children from birth up to approximately 15 months (0-13 kg body weight).
• Correct installation is likely if the vehicle manufacturer states in the vehicle handbook that the vehicle is suitable for a "universal" child restraint system of this age group.
• This child restraint system is classified as "universal" under stricter conditions than earlier models that do not carry this notice.
• In case of doubt, please contact the manufacturer or seller of the child restraint system.
• The safety of the child seat is only guaranteed by the manufacturer if used by the first purchaser. For this reason, it is not recommended to buy a second-hand seat.
• The child car seat should not be used more than 5 years after purchase. The quality of the seat may be impaired by heavy use.
• Use the child seat only on forward-facing car seats.
• Folding car seats must be firmly locked.
• If the child seat is installed on the front passenger seat, the seat must be pushed back as far as possible.
• The child seat must not be used on car seats with active airbag protection. Deactivate the airbag if necessary (consult your car dealer).
• The backrest of the front passenger seat must be in a fully upright position. An adjustable headrest must be pushed to the lowest position.
• The child seat must not be caught in the car door or folding seats; no heavy objects should be placed on the child seat.
• Never hold your baby on your lap in the car. You cannot hold your baby securely against the immense forces released in an accident.
• Never place the car belt around yourself and the child.
• No modifications may be made to the child seat or its belts.
• Ensure the car safety belt is undamaged and fully functional.
• All belts securing the restraint system must be tightened. The belts holding the child must be snug. Ensure these belts are not twisted.
• Never leave your baby in the child seat for too long. Although the child seat offers optimal comfort, your child must regularly lie on their tummy to support healthy development.
• To avoid unnecessary heat exposure, do not expose the baby seat to direct sunlight when not in use. Parts of the child seat may become hot and burn your child.
• Use the child seat even on short trips.

• Teach your child never to play with the buckle.
• Take regular breaks on long journeys to allow your child to recover from the strain of travel outside the vehicle.

• After an accident (even at low impact speeds over 10 km/h), damage to the child car seat may have occurred that is not necessarily obvious. In this case, the child car seat must be replaced. Please dispose of it properly.
• We recommend checking before purchase whether the child seat can be properly installed.
• Ensure all luggage and objects that could injure occupants in the event of an accident or hard braking are securely fastened.
• Never place the child seat with the child in it on an elevated surface such as a table, work surface, bed or shopping trolley.
