WARNING!

Do not use the child seat on a seat with an activated front airbag.
This is a child restraint system of the i-Size category.
It is approved according to regulation No. 129 for use on such vehicle seats that are suitable for i-Size restraint systems as specified by the vehicle manufacturer in the vehicle manual.
In case of doubt, the manufacturer of the child restraint system or the retailer can be consulted. It is suitable for babies and children from birth up to approx. 15 months (0-13 kg body weight).
• Correct installation is likely if the vehicle manufacturer states in the vehicle manual that the vehicle is suitable for a “universal” child restraint device of this age group.
• This child restraint device has been classified under stricter conditions as “universal” than previous models that do not carry this notice.

• In case of doubt, please contact the manufacturer or the seller of the child restraint device.

• The safety of the child seat is only guaranteed by the manufacturer if used by the first purchaser. For this reason, it is not recommended to buy a second-hand seat.
• The child car seat should not be used more than 5 years after the date of purchase. The quality of the seat may be imperceptibly impaired by heavy use.
• Use the child seat only on forward-facing car seats.
• Folding car seats must be firmly locked.
• If the child seat is installed on the front passenger seat, the passenger seat must be pushed back as far as possible.
• The child seat must not be used on car seats with airbag protection. If necessary, deactivate the airbag (ask your car dealer).
• The backrest of the front passenger seat must be set to a fully upright position. An adjustable headrest must be pushed to the lowest position.
• The child seat must not be caught in the car door or in folding seats; no heavy objects may lie on the child seat.
• Never hold your baby on your lap in the car. You cannot hold your baby against the immense forces that can be released in an accident.
• Never place the seat belt around yourself and the child.
• No modifications may be made to the child seat or the belts.
• Ensure that the car safety belt is not damaged and is fully functional.
• All belts intended to secure the restraint system must be tightened. The belts holding the child must be fitted snugly. Make sure these belts are not twisted.
• Never leave your baby in the child seat for too long. Although the child seat offers optimal comfort, your child must regularly lie on their tummy. This supports healthy development.
• To avoid exposing your child to unnecessary heat stress, the baby seat should not be left in direct sunlight when not in use. Parts of the child seat could become hot and burn your child.
• Use the child seat even on short journeys.
Most accidents occur here.
• Never leave your child unattended in the child seat or in the car.
• Set a good example and always fasten your seat belt.
• Encourage your child never to play with the seat belt buckle.
• Take short breaks on long journeys so your child has the opportunity to recover from the stresses of travel outside the vehicle.
• To ensure your child's safety, please read these instructions carefully,
and follow the specified installation instructions exactly.
• The child seat has been tested and approved according to the European safety standard ECE R129. It is suitable for babies and children from birth up to approx. 15 months (0-13 kg body weight).
• The child seat can only ensure its safety if used correctly.
• The child seat can be secured with a three-point automatic belt on both the front passenger seat and the rear seats, provided it complies with regulation ECE R16 or an equivalent standard.
We recommend placing the seat on the rear bench.
• The baby seat must not be secured with the lap belt alone.
• The child seat must always be secured with the car belts in the car, even if no child is in it.
• A loosely fitted seat can injure car occupants during emergency braking or an accident.
• Children have a strong urge to move and should therefore always remain buckled in the baby seat, even outside the car.
• Ensure that the seat is not damaged by being trapped in the vehicle door, rotating car seats, objects placed on the child seat (e.g. luggage), or similar.
• Do not make any modifications to your child seat. The safety of the seat could be compromised.
• After an accident (even at low impact speeds over 10 km/h), damage to the child car seat may have occurred that is not necessarily visible. In this case, the child car seat must be replaced. Please dispose of it properly.
• We recommend checking before purchasing the child seat whether it can be installed correctly.
• Make sure all luggage and objects that could injure occupants in the event of an accident or sudden braking are properly secured.
• Never place the child seat with the child in it on an elevated surface such as a table, work surface, bed, or shopping trolley.
The seat with the baby in it could fall.
• The instruction manual should be stored in the designated storage compartment of the child seat.
• The child restraint system must not be used without the fabric cover.
• Since the fabric covers are an essential part of the restraint system, they may only be replaced with fabric covers recommended by the manufacturer.
• Keep the instruction manual in the designated compartment.
• Consult your vehicle manual for the position of the Isofix anchorages and the correct installation of i-Size restraint systems.
